- DGdaniel grullonSep 28, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed in the lack of safety and security in this apartment complex. My motorcycle was stolen from the property, it was not parked off to the side or in a hidden corner but right in front of our units between the other vehicles. One of my biggest concerns is the back gate that leads directly into the parking spaces outside of my building. It is supposed to remain closed however I often find it open randomly allowing anyone to enter at any time. When residents are paying to live in a community that is supposed to provide a secure environment, basic security measures like keeping gates closed should be taken seriously. I understand that an apartment complex cannot guarantee that a crime will never occur but management should show more empathy and concern for residents when they experience theft concerns. Offering to spend more money to rent a garage is NOT a solution or the answer. Overall I don’t feel safe living here as I expected to and the way my concerns were handled has made the entire situation extremely disappointing.
