  I have two college kids living in this place and it’s been horrible. Fan in my daughter’s room has not worked since they moved in, shelves and bar in closet fell. We have put in multiple tickets and called and get nothing. The manager is a joke and shouldn’t be the manager of McDonald’s much less an apartment complex. She’s rude and way over her head. Pay for what they call “VIP” trash that by the way we have to pay for it, they don’t give you an option. The trash sits outside the door in this summer heat for days before they pick it up. The stairs and area in front of the front doors are filthy. The area around the trash can looks like a waste field. Place is a mess!! Stay away!!

  Huge thank you to Jesse in maintenance! Our water heater recently stopped working, he responded to the work order promptly and he diagnosed the issue instantly. He is incredibly smart and knowledgeable—he knew exactly what was needed and fixed it efficiently. Jesse and the Maientnace team have always responded quickly to any issues that arise in our unit! He is a great asset to the complex and community!

  Roaches and ants that I have to deal with (1st floor), you have to schedule maintenance to get pest control which is odd if it is a fee to begin with, which they ended up putting as completed when no one came, water is constantly shut off right when everyone gets off of work at 3 or 5 pm. Apartment is decent overall, big and spacious, far from luxury but it works.

  Maintenance is an issue. Before it was sold, maintenance wasn't the quickest but it was taken care of in a decent amount of time. But now...I spent two months without a dishwasher because they kept saying they were busy, they were going to come check it out, and put the work order as complete, but never even diagnosed the issue. After two months and a lot of calls they finally put a new dishwasher. Now 3 months later is leaking, one of the maintenance people came over, turned off the water, and said they would come back the next day in the morning to fix it. I was not supposed to use one of the sides of the sink. Now, 3 days later nobody came because they are all busy with emergencies, I am here with only one side of my sink available and now I'm going to spend the weekend in this situation and not sure when it will be solved. At least this time they didn't put in the system that the issue was solved without being solved. I try to be patience but I never lived in an appt complex that I had so many issues with maintenance. This is not the only issue with maintenance but is definitely the one that affects our day to day the most.
