Now that this property has turned into Emerge Vista it has taken a turn for the better, everything in the apartment complex has been upgraded. The grounds are kept very tidy and the best thing is the maintenance is on it so amazingly! The maintenance team literally gets an order and it’s completed almost like the next day, which is has been unheard of with this community up until now. Specifically, Jesse from the Maintenance team has been phenomenal. Not only does he address my maintenance needs, but he communicates as directed in the notes per the service request. This is awesome! The service feels tailored to me as a tenant, and I feel like I’m in a brand new complex, even though I’ve been at this property for about six years! Thanks to the new ownership and the great maintenance team for making a difference in my living experience, I would recommend this property to others and if you need a referral here, let me know. This is a great place to call home!

I just wanna say first shoutout to Amanda for going above and beyond to help my son and I . From day one she was welcoming and I knew right away this is where I wanna call home! I recommended this apartment complex to everyone looking for a friendly leasing manager and awesome community!

Service requests are frequently closed without being resolved, and there is no follow-up. Response times are extremely delayed, and staff often dismiss our concerns as non-urgent. Despite multiple reports through the portal and phone, problems remain unaddressed.
We have dealt with serious issues, including excessive noise from upstairs neighbors and a major flooding incident caused by the unit above, which damaged our belongings and appliances. Maintenance response was delayed, and repairs took over a week. The situation also led to unsanitary conditions, including insects and moisture issues affecting our health.
Additionally, I was incorrectly told my dryer was the problem, leading me to pay for multiple technician visits. Later, it was confirmed the issue was due to the unit’s ventilation system. I have not been reimbursed.
Other issues, such as clogged sinks, also remain unresolved despite repeated reports.
I recently requested a rent credit due to these ongoing inconveniences but was denied. I am requesting contact with ownership or someone authorized to properly address these concerns and provide a resolution.

We have been here for about 1 year already. When it was the Benton Apartments and Emerge Vista, honestly it has been shit. Mold growing in my children’s closet, water leak from upstairs neighbors causing discoloration and mold in my kitchen cabinets (we have done so many maintenance request and they always end up “done” when they are not) roaches and gnats everywhere, people smoking weed and smelling up my whole apartment, walls thin and we hear everything, dog shit everywhere, gate doesn’t work and when it does it doesn’t open so people break it to get in, cars being broken into, loud and obnoxious speeding cars, cracks all over my apartment. It’s so crazy that we pay so much money ON TIME and we still get treated like we are inconvenience when we call and ask for updates. Ridiculous!
