  Kudos to Maintenance!!! ("Jayden") He has gone above and beyond to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. It really makes a difference when you have a competent maintenance staff. Being that they are the new management company, they have their work cut out for them with them being short staffed. Angela and Melanie rock too!!!! Those are my girls! I am happy with my choice. It was very hard to move back to an apartment temporarily, and they have all made me not second guess my choice. Steph B.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Amanda and Angela at the leasing office. Both were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the leasing experience smooth and stress-free. Their excellent communication and positive attitude truly stood out. It's clear that they care about residents and take pride in providing outstanding customer service. Thank you, Amanda and Angela, for making the experience so pleasant. I highly recommend working with them!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective tenants should be aware of our experience. The biggest issue was management and communication. We were told a 60-day notice to vacate had been submitted to the property manager, only to later be informed by new management that there was no record of it because the previous manager was no longer employed there. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, the burden was placed entirely on the residents. Beyond that, there were ongoing maintenance concerns throughout the tenancy. Reported issues included persistent roach problems, a toilet that frequently did not function properly, and a dryer that was not working as expected. These were not isolated inconveniences but recurring issues that significantly impacted day-to-day living. What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of accountability and empathy when concerns were raised. Instead of acknowledging the problems, the response often felt dismissive. Every apartment community will have occasional maintenance issues, but residents should be able to expect responsive management, proper record keeping, and timely resolution of reported problems. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would encourage anyone considering this property to carefully document all communications and maintenance requests and keep copies of any notices submitted to management.
