  Eddie was outstanidng giving the best customer service and maintenance service at edge and stone apartments. He speaks to you with kindness and understanding. Very knowledgeable in his craft!

  maintenance is horrible you can tell them a problem your having with the complex and they’ll pretend like they’re gonna fix it and never do every single worker, we’ll sit there and lie to your face. I don’t understand what they’re getting paid for. They DO NOT do their job. They sit around on a golf cart talking with their buddies strolling around all day just to not complete any of the task that NEEDS to be done. Pretty sure everybody here is sick and tired of asking them to do their job. Took them three weeks to fix my washer after they fixed it the first time but with a BLACK MOLD band. ( the guy who installed the new band tried to convince me it was just stained news flash it wasn’t i had to scrub as much of the mold off i could myself.) i asked another worker nicely if they could please clean the coffee machine in the clubhouse, because it’s been dirty for weeks if not months (keep in mind i’ve cleaned it myself before) and of course the guy pretended like he was going to do it. I already knew to not go the same day because I knew it would not been done so I went two days later. and guess what? Coffee machine still dirty empty every single container it’s beyond annoying at this point and sad do better. there hallway floors are disgustingly dirty it makes the walk up to your apartment, feel filthy every corner you turn you’ll see cob spilled stains and burnt out cigarettes oh, and one more thing valet trash is $50 a month for them to only take two bags and constantly complain about those two bags they don’t take your trash on Fridays or Saturdays, which is days that people are usually off then they complain when the trash gets piled up as if they’re not getting paid To throw it in a hamper and put it in the back of a truck. They do not really care about their renters.

  I have lived here for a little over a year now. Just resigned my lease for another year :) Ana in the office is always super helpful and assisting me with anything I need. I have referred friends who love living here as well :) the maintenance team is always quick when I put in a request never more then 24 hrs and Eddie one of the amazing Maintenance staff is always keeping the property clean and quick to answer any questions and concerns I have. Love the community always new and inclusive things going on at our club house.

  Amazing complex! Been here since 2022 and have gone through several staff changes. However the current team is stellar! Specifically Aria Juarez-Facio. She is the epitome of an accommodating and approachable leasing agent. She continually strives to make living at this complex exciting by always looking to book event events, food trucks, ice cream trucks what have you. Extremely responsive and genuinely cares for whatever concerns I may have. If you want to live in a complex that not only is very well maintained but open spaced-as opposed to The Anthony or Cypress at Stone Oak (buildings crammed together like sardines)-then come to the Edge and Stone and ask for my favorite gal Aria!

  ⭐️ 1 STAR — BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN MOVING OUT My biggest warning to anyone considering this apartment: document absolutely everything and keep every piece of paperwork after you leave. I moved out on May 13, 2025, provided my forwarding address, and believed the move-out process was finished. I did not receive a timely final itemized statement or an opportunity to address an alleged balance. Then, approximately 14 MONTHS LATER, I discovered that the property was claiming I owed $286.67 — and the account had already been sent to collections and reported to my credit. The statement included charges for cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, and utilities, while also applying my $300 security deposit. I have disputed the charges and repeatedly contacted the property by email requesting documentation and an explanation. My emails have gone unanswered. That’s what makes this experience so frustrating. If there was supposedly a balance owed, why wasn’t I given a timely, clear opportunity to address it? Instead, I learned about the issue after it had already escalated to collections and impacted my credit. I am currently disputing the collection and requesting documentation supporting the charges, including when the final itemized statement was sent, where it was sent, and how the final balance was calculated. I cannot speak for anyone else’s experience, but this is mine, and I have documentation to support it. If you’re currently living here or considering renting here, my advice is simple: take extensive move-in and move-out photos, keep your forwarding-address confirmation, save every email, and don’t assume you’re finished just because you’ve handed over the keys. The lack of communication after move-out has been extremely disappointing, and having an alleged balance appear in collections roughly 14 months later is not an experience I would wish on another renter. UPDATE : They emailed back after nearly two months. Claimed I owed a move out fee - which I had already paid and provided proof. Got ahold of Samantha on the phone finally. She notified me the company came in and sent 500 people to collections! She refused to provide proof of attempt to collect a balance, she quote “doesn’t have to do anything”, I asked for property email - since she implies this issue is not hers - she said to google it, and proceeds to hang up.
