- ASAshley Shaw1 day ago1.0Apartments are nice if you overlook the shortcuts construction wise. Maintenance team is great. Read your lease thoroughly and save it because they’ll try to pull fast ones at the end thinking folks don’t read. The police presence there was wild - encountered a few chases within the complex. Pet feces everywhere and no enforcement. The leasing office smells like your aunt that had cheap potpourri in every room to cover her smoking habit. Great location! You’ll find way better values nearby though.

The staff were fantastic, particularly Aria, who gave me the tour. She was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in answering my questions and helping me make an informed decision.

Due to poor organization and lack of communication from management, the process has dragged on for months, causing me to continue paying when the situation should have been resolved much sooner. Every time I think everything is settled, there seems to be another delay or issue. Residents deserve clear communication, consistent information, and a management team that respects their time and money. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I hope they improve their processes so future residents do not have to go through the same situation.

Love that yall have a dog park and pool too bad it’s too far from my job. Also staff is very friendly And all my follow up questions where answered in a timely manner. Thank you Aria for helping me.
