I was scheduled to move in on August 7th, but management purposely made me wait until the literal move-in day to actually see the unit, did not accompany me to look at the apartment on this day. When I got there, the apartment was dirty, and the exterior areas had major issues with standing water and dog poop left all over outside. Completely unprofessional and not what is advertised.

My A/C suddenly stopped working—it was set to 68°F, but the temperature inside my apartment had already climbed to 79°F and was still rising. It was only about 15 minutes before the front office closed, so I submitted a work order through the app and called the office to see if there was any way someone could come out quickly. The office staff was incredibly helpful and immediately reached out to the on-call maintenance technician, Eddie. Within the hour, Eddie personally called me to let me know he was on his way. He responded quickly, was professional, and took care of the issue promptly. I really appreciate how responsive both the office staff and Eddie were, especially so close to closing time. Excellent customer service and a maintenance team that truly cares about the residents.
