- JCJillian CurranMay 5, 20261.0Don’t lease here OR renew your lease if you already have one. If you do renew they’ll discontinue you’re auto-pay (not real autopay as you still have to go in a pay a specific variable amount each month or be fined) and charge you a $100 late fee. Then claim it’s out of their hands and give you the phone number/email of some fictional people who will never pick up or respond. Also it’s sketchy, there’s constantly trash everywhere, and if you forget your phone/it’s dead good luck getting to your apartment. This is the first google review I’ve ever left, this place is that bad.
