- SDSteven Durment6 days ago4.0Have only been in the community for a month but so far so good, live in the back and its for the most part quite, driving through the main areas seem nice and for the most part upkept but do have two complaint's 1. Amenities- the two pool areas they have seem nice just wish they were bigger or maybe more of them for the amount of houses in the area, the communities around this area have very nice big amenity areas and Davis Ranch seems to fall short on this 2. HOA- Yes I know everybody's complaint lol but so far just frustrated with time frames of stuff we request
