Amenities- the two pool areas they have seem nice just wish they were bigger or maybe more of them for the amount of houses in the area, the communities around this area have very nice big amenity areas and Davis Ranch seems to fall short on this 2. HOA- Yes I know everybody's complaint lol but so far just frustrated with time frames of stuff we request
