Austin, our build manager, and Eric in sales were great to work with throughout the process. I’ve only been in the house for a couple weeks, but the build quality appears top notch for the price, especially the effort put into energy efficiency and preventing water damage. I’ve noticed intense attention to sealing, insulation, and moisture barriers throughout the house.
Our experience with Pulte Mortgage, their preferred lender, was a different story. Communication was poor, and an error on their end pushed our closing back by several hours.

This was not my first new build but I will say that Centex/Pulte made this a much better experience! Valerie was my sales rep & was beyond helpful in helping me get the lot I truly wanted! She’s was very communicative through the whole process as well! Javi was my construction manager & just phenomenal! He gave me weekly updates, was so helpful from start to finish & even with multi rain delays he still got my home finished on time! He couldn’t have been easier to work with!

A special thank you to Trevor Fuller, our Construction Manager, who made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Trevor was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done right. During each walkthrough, he took the time to answer all of our questions, explain details of the home, and address any concerns we had. Most importantly, he followed through on every item and made sure even the smallest details were completed.
Outstanding customer service can be hard to find, and Trevor exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate his dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Trevor and the entire team to anyone considering building a home in Davis Ranch!
