  I had an amazing experience purchasing my new home in Davis Ranch and genuinely cannot say enough good things about the team that helped me through the entire process. As a first-time homebuyer, there were definitely moments where I had a million questions, but I always felt like I had people in my corner. A huge thank you to Eric and Jessie, my realtors, who were incredible from beginning to end. They were beyond patient, responsive, honest, and always willing to answer my questions at any time of day. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel so much easier, and I truly appreciate how much they cared about making sure I was happy with my home and comfortable with every step. I also want to give a huge thank you to Javie, the construction manager. He was absolutely amazing to work with. He took every concern I had seriously, explained things to me when I had questions, and made sure things were taken care of rather than just brushed aside. His communication and attention to detail made a huge difference throughout this entire process. And finally, Cynthia with warranty has been wonderful. Even after closing, she has continued to make me feel taken care of. She is incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to address anything that has come up. It’s reassuring to know that the customer service didn’t stop the second I got my keys. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my home and my experience. Eric, Jessie, Javie, and Cynthia truly went above and beyond for me, and I’m so grateful for each of them. Buying my first home was a huge milestone, and having such a great team made the experience that much more special. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!!

  Purchased a new house in this community recently. Had a great experience with Ingrid and Jesse. Both were super helpful. Shoutout to Jesse for going over and beyond to help get the house ready for us.

  I’m extremely grateful and impressed by the level of communication, professionalism, and care received by Ingrid and Javi. Buying a new build home can be very overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be with people like Ingrid and Javi. They were there every step of the way to support me answer my questions and point me in the right direction my family and I are forever grateful for the opportunity to have worked with this dynamic duo and I highly recommend getting a chance to meet work with an interact with people like Ingrid and Javi it really shows how much they care about their clients and the work that they do. Thank you so much Ingrid and Javi.

  As a first time home buyer, Centex really took a lot of the pain out of it. My construction guy Austin Medley has gone way out of his way to make sure I was set up right, too. Honestly you don’t see this much anymore. Was very satisfied!
