  We are just moving in to a property managed by Davidson Properties and so far we have had a great experience! The team has been super responsive and always answer in a timely manner.

  We initially moved forward with this company but our experience quickly became frustrating due to a lack of transparency and communication by the relator. We felt misled at times, as important information was not clearly presented upfront and only came to light after we repeatedly followed up and asked direct questions. This made it difficult to make an informed decision. Additionally, after submitting our application which I included full disclosure of my ESA animals the financial terms unexpectedly changed. The required security deposit increased to 1.5x the monthly rent, resulting in nearly $5,000 due upfront, and we were given only a few days to make a decision. We were told it was due to credit but it more seemed like discrimination of my dogs breed. The combination of unclear communication, shifting terms, and time pressure ultimately led us to walk away. We recommend others ask very detailed questions early and get all terms in writing before proceeding.

  Haven't dealt with a Property Management Company as a renter since the 90's; was it always this easy?! Davidson has been great. Property was in great shape upon move-in. First 60 days, some small-to-medium issues and I wondered "how well will these things be addressed?" The reality: Davidson staff were responsive, timely and thorough. Very personable service. They MUST maintain superior relationships with the property owners too; that's the only way things could be working THIS well. I'm paying attention; I may have a property to rent out soon... JT
