  The staff was very helpful in helping me find a place, waiving unnecessary fees (when possible, there are limits), and even letting me move in early to avoid hotel fees. I extended my lease and they were able to help me negotiate the price to avoid a hike. Every work order was completed quickly (aside from a roof leak towards the end of my lease). Friendly team and everything was fair. I would go through them again if I move back to the area. The website for paying and submitting work orders is very easy to use as well.

  I am 60 years old and it has been MANY years since I have been a renter. I can't say enough about what a fantastic experience I've been having working with Davidson Properties!! Everyone I've worked with, especially Lulu, has been very kind and accommodating. We had occaision to put in 2 maintenance requests and they were extremely responsive and effiecient at getting us taken care of!! Thank you ladies for all you do!

  Davidson properties has made our move the most helpful and simplest process. From touring the property, applying and then after approval having a helpful checklist system to remind what utilities you need to make your move complete. This company made our move quick and easy!

  I've lived in a Davidson property for a few months and unfortunately it's been issue after issue since move in. Currently the house has flooded multiple times and all that has been done is a few checks from random vendors while the owner stonewalls actual repairs during multiple flood warnings. He also appears to be stonewalling proper insulation in the house which is causing a $200+ CPS bill in a tiny 2bd duplex (set at 74). There have also been countless other issues, I constantly have repair people coming in and out and derailing my plans because they show up with no warning and will not complete work orders unless I am physically in the home with them. I'm extremely unhappy with the condition of this house, and while office staff have been somewhat understanding I have also had them raise their voices at me when I have called for updates. I understand I've called many times out of necessity but I have never once been disrespectful or raised my voice at anyone, I find that quite rude. Overall incredibly disappointed.
