  Had an amazing experience at Clayton Home. From the moment I walked in was greeted friendly and respectful. Austin explained and had patience to answer all my questions. He wanted me to see different options on their homes and I was happy with it. At the end I felt great and not scared. Thank you guys for a great experience!

  My husband and I visited the Clayton manufactured home lot simply to gather information for a future home purchase, and Art exceeded every expectation. From the moment we met him, he was friendly, personable, and genuinely interested in helping us—not just making a sale. He understood we were only in the planning stages and never rushed us, even though we had countless questions. Art patiently walked us through the entire process and made sure we left with the knowledge we needed to start putting plans in place for our future home. His knowledge of the homes, financing options, and overall buying process was incredible. I honestly thought he was a financial advisor! I was amazed to learn that he had taken the initiative to research so much of this information on his own simply to better serve his customers. We left feeling informed, confident, and excited about what’s ahead. We can’t wait to go back and work with Art when we’re ready to purchase our home. If you’re in the market for a manufactured home, I highly recommend asking for Art—you’ll be glad you did!

  Severe factory defects, structural damage, and safety hazards that the manufacturer refused to correct. Joey explicitly lied to me about the hazardous internal reports they had done I only found the truth when I did an open record request. They are aware of the dangerous unsafe hazards of the home and directly told me they are choosing to ignore it. I debated heavily going to legal route and realized that could silence my first amendment right instead I decided to go as publicly as I possibly can to tell my story in depth to prevent other families from being silenced. My home is not wired as the dapia approved layout it is incorrectly wired which my home as well as other homes were incorrectly wired and on the report it states the one responsible is the manufacturer. Due to this one home actually caught on fire. There are several defects of my home that is going to put me and my children at health and safety risk they are fully aware of this.
