  Mak is amazing she sweet she very helpful I love being here been here since November she always helps me and does what I need if I have any problems she gets right on it I highly recommend Carmel at Deerfield she brought it from the ground back to where it needs to be

  The office staff is really good at making you think that they care and that you will have a good experience here when you tour the property and they are trying to get you to sign the lease. I leased a newly renovated unit at a premium price. The countertops were painted with fake marble coating which is bubbling up and looks terrible even after they redid it. The cabinets also had to be restrained twice due to poor workmanship, and were never sealed properly. So months into my lease I still get black smudges on my hands anytime I touch the edges of my cabinets by accident. I can’t take a wet cloth to them to clean them either or the stain rubs right off. There are also stain smudges all over the floors from the contractors walking it through the house on their shoes. There is missing tile in my kitchen that I’ve asked them to fix on multiple occasions and it’s never been addressed. They patched a wet, mold filled hole in my ceiling without cleaning the mold out or inspecting the roof for leaks, so I know my walls are full of mold and moisture. I’m sure that’s great for our health. We have had multiple patch jobs on the water heater/plumbing since we’ve been here and they don’t communicate the full issues, only vague automated texts, leaving us in the dark for days on when we will have hot water. The office NEVER answers the phone. It’s always an AI bot that delivers the message and you only get automated responses. The emergency maintenance line never gets answered either. It just rings and rings until it finally hangs up on you. They make you feel like the only way to get a response is to get angry with them. You basically have to force them to respond to you. This leads me to believe that they either don’t care at all about the residents’ experience living here or they are just really bad at their jobs.

  I thought I would have to go half on an apartment with a family member but after our tour I realized how well the pricing is. It is so nice and everyone seemed to enjoy it here. 10/10 I have been living here for 9 months now and I love how quick management is to fix any issues.

  As a Property Manager for another apartment community in San Antonio, I'm always keeping an eye on the market and shopping surrounding properties to see what's being offered for the price. I recently toured this community, and I have to give credit where credit is due. The renovated apartments are absolutely beautiful. The upgrades are modern, tasteful, and feel much more luxurious than what you would expect at this price point. The pendant drop-down lighting in the kitchen is stunning and immediately caught my attention. It's one of those features that makes the apartment feel custom and upscale without the resident having to pay luxury-community pricing. What impressed me most was the value. In this market, it's becoming harder and harder to find a community that offers this level of renovation, amenities, curb appeal, and customer service at these rates. I toured the amenities, walked the grounds, and spent time looking at the details. The property was clean, the landscaping was gorgeous, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained. Honestly, after comparing pricing, finishes, and amenities to other communities in the area, I can say this property is extremely competitive. The pool area is beautiful, the fitness center is impressive, and the renovated homes show very well. If I were personally looking for an apartment today, this community would absolutely be on my short list. As someone who works in the industry every day, I can confidently say they are offering a lot of apartment for the money.
