  Carlyle Place has been such an amazing place to live in San Antonio. Location is such a strong point for this apartment. 10 minutes away from major grocery stores and gyms-HEB, Walmart, LA fitness, and Golds gym. 15 minutes from Costco. 10 away from quick bites to eat; there's two different Chickfila's, chipotle, P. Terry's, Raising Canes, Whataburger, Panda Express, but there are restaurants all over the area. 20 minutes to get Downton and 15 minutes to the airport. 10 minutes from the medical district. Location is definitely a strong suit for this apartment. The apartments itself are very homey and clean. it gives you a great starter apartment. The complex is a small community and might be one of the only apartment complexes that are fully shaded all around. The greatest part of this apartment is the front office and maintenance. Everyone in management treat the tenants as actual people and not just numbers to fill apartments. They care about your well being and living experience and it is refreshing to have management that cares and will go the extra mile for its people. Tracy and Jamal are phenomenal and great to work with. The maintenance workers are great as well. They are willing to help as much as they can and are very personable. Fixes are done very quickly and has been nothing but amazing. Nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. Babcock Rd might look rough, but this apartment is the diamond in the rough!

  The leasing office, particularly Tracy and Jamal, along with the maintenance team, consistently provide exceptional service. The community is notably quiet, respectful, and highly responsive to resident needs.

  Absolutely adored this space! The service is second-to-none. Tracey is a literal angel, and Jamal is about the kindest and most personable property manager I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They have both been incredibly helpful at every step. Incredibly kind and welcoming folks here. If you have the option to live here, dont miss out!! :)

  This property was such a pleasant surprise. It’s so unsuspecting in its appearance from Babcock - I’ve driven past it so many times. But once I got the chance to see the property, I realized that it really is such a gem! Mainly due to the team that oversees this property. I’ve dealt with enough bad management - and I’m quick to leave if I see it during touring. But Tracy was so personable; and the work the team has put into this property speaks for itself. So glad to have visited!
