But once I got the chance to see the property, I realized that it really is such a gem! Mainly due to the team that oversees this property. I’ve dealt with enough bad management - and I’m quick to leave if I see it during touring. But Tracy was so personable; and the work the team has put into this property speaks for itself. So glad to have visited!

Unfortunately, there has been significant turnover since Barry left the complex a few months ago. Barry was personally responsible for creating the best living environment I have ever experienced, and his departure has left a noticeable gap. I am concerned about the future of the complex unless a strong new team is established. Despite these changes, Tracy continues to be absolutely amazing. If she leaves, I will seriously consider finding a new complex. Carlyle Place is not competitively priced relative to other rentals in the area, but it justifies higher prices due to the outstanding management team and their commitment to customer service. I hope the company supports Tracy and ensures she has the resources she needs to succeed. By doing so, they can preserve the happiness of the residents and maintain the high standards that have made Carlyle Place a desirable place to live.
