  Existen 3 manager Claudia, Marisol y Felicia. Felicia es la que siempre está y atiende a los que habitan allí, nunca te trata de buena manera siempre está molesta o se hace la que no entendió lo que le dijiste. Le notifique con 45 días que me movería y pasaron los días y dijo que jamás le dije. Siempre es un problema está señora, no entiendo cómo aún la tienen como manager. Me mudo no solo por ella, tardan mucho en que atiendan una solicitud, mi piso se dañó y le informe y nunca fueron a repararlo hasta que dije me tocaba renovar que fue a realizar la inspección. Muy mala atención por parte de esta manager, muchos insectos en los apartamentos

  There is a MASSIVE ant problem, terrible management, they will scam you and evict you. AC barely works, they haven't fully repaired or updated anything in the apartment been here 7 years. They don't clean the ventilation system, they care more about bbq pits and Google fiber than clean safe living spaces. I lost count of how many people I've seen come an go I just the past 18 months.

  I called a day ago to ask about apartment units. Everything seemed promising but there is a serious lack of attention to prospective residents. I was given incorrect information regarding applying for a unit online (you can't). After verifying my email with Felicia, I never received photos of the unit (as promised). It wasn't until I went in person a day later that I was told there was NO WAY to apply online. I called once more to ask for the photos of the unit including layouts since there isn't much online. Unfortunately I never received anything after verifying my email once more. Disappointed in the lack of attention to prospective residents. Makes me wonder how attentive they can be to current residents. Seems like I'll be looking elsewhere Only giving 2 stars since the rates seemed ok.

  Pèsimo SERVICIO manager TODO el tiempo te recibe con mala cara .. toda amargada nunca te llegan a arreglar las cosas al apartamento te cobran por TODO no te cambian la carpeta ni las cortinas.otra cosa por su cuenta tu deves.pagar con tu dinero Hasta por que te laven tu carpeta👎👎👎👎

  This place is very quiet and those people who are very friendly too. So its easier for me to transport to work where is closer here from there. Life is very simple!
