  Erica, Tony, Angela, Jose and Audrey are the reason I am staying on property they are doing the best they can and are very compassionate with residents. I been here 2 years plan on staying and nobody is perfect but we all do what we can. Thank you Cable Ranch Apartments!!!! Plan on staying for decades

  Management are nice maintenance people are great Some of the residents are Crazy and have mental health Issues old management we're not able to evict them to resolve the problem

  I had a deeply disturbing and unprofessional experience dealing with the management at this complex. The discrimination began during the application phase. A staff member named Olivia went so far as to demand that I sign an affidavit stating I would divorce my husband just to get approved for an apartment. When they weren't imposing intrusive, inappropriate marital demands, they were purposely delaying my application and forcing me to restart the entire process from scratch.The lack of professionalism didn’t stop there. Management has a shocking habit of invading tenant privacy by knocking on doors after business hours to confront residents over emails sent regarding maintenance issues. Instead of addressing maintenance problems professionally, they use intimidation tactics at your front door. Save yourself the stress, delays, and blatant discrimination, and look elsewhere for a place to live

  The new office ladies are amazing, welcomed me soon as I walked in. Answered all of my questions I had for them. Great JOB LADIES

  Hi my name is diamond and I am writing this review because of how happy and appreciate I am too have ms.Erica and ms.Olivia in the front office I been living here for about a year and my last experience in the front office was not as professional as these too lady are i am thankful that these two ladies where able to fix’s all my problems in my account and see where I need start off due to multiple mistakes from the last employee if you are experiencing the same thing as me get in contact with these two amazing young ladies they always find away thank you for your time and patience 😊❤️
