  As the Spectrum representative for Cable Ranch apartments, I appreciate the positive atmosphere in the leasing office! Erica and Olivia are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for being great to work with and open to the great products and value that Spectrum has to your tenants!

  Hi my name is diamond and I am writing this review because of how happy and appreciate I am too have ms.Erica and ms.Olivia in the front office I been living here for about a year and my last experience in the front office was not as professional as these too lady are i am thankful that these two ladies where able to fix’s all my problems in my account and see where I need start off due to multiple mistakes from the last employee if you are experiencing the same thing as me get in contact with these two amazing young ladies they always find away thank you for your time and patience 😊❤️

  Never thought about moving to these apartments before but I definitely know I never will now after how the staff treated my wife when they have called her twice about a application my wife didn't even put in. Both times my wife remained professional and respectful when attempting to advise the staff that they may have the wrong number by mistake. The both times the staff was rude and unprofessional and the second time the staff even hung up before saying anything else to my wife for bothering her. If you choose to work in customer service you should act professional because at the end of the day you chose that job.

  Staff is rude and unprofessional. Have called me multiple times about an application I never put in and when I tried explaining to them that they had the wrong number they wanted to get an attitude. It's so unprofessional when someone is just trying to inform you that you have the wrong information. Based off just a conversation with the staff I would never recommend these apartments because they have horrible customer service skills. Staff needs to be trained again on how to interact with people.

  Crazy how the office was closed for a whole week does not open on Saturday but states it open. No one is ever seen in the office, but the temp. Pool closes at 8pm but the manager and her family still in the pool till 10 on 6/19. Guess the same rule don't apply to everyone (Fair Housing). Also, my neighbor informed me she was moved out and still lives in the unit.
