Pulte Homes do better folks! Haven’t even been in our new home for 7 months and we got some leak issues going on through vents, light fixtures and outlets. You can see some mold already growing as well.
They demand high prices in sells but put quality down below.
We believed in Pulte as we had a centex home for 9 years with only 2 minor issues. Sad to say but we are starting to regret the purchase especially as the price was not cheap.
This is not a reflection towards Josh the warranty advisor as he has been staying on top of things for us.

Decent house and decent sales people, until it comes to their builders/workers. They fly up and down the roads as fast as possible. They're constantly throwing trash into my yard from the house being built next door, they have an entire road to park on and they park directly in front of my house 4 feet from the curb. The work sites are so disgusting homeless camps look cleaner and safer.
Update: May 30, now they're walking all over my grass and using my water.
