  Roach infestation had to break my lease and in debt. Due to safety concerns, there were shootings outside my window. Rats. Everything would breakdown from time to time.

  They will not completely fix plumbing problems, and are incompetent with work orders. They will literally go weeks without fixing unhealthy living for their tenants. What are we paying rent for.

  Roach infested and way over priced as well as very unprofessional office staff! Including the regional manager at the corporate location! This is what the dumpsters look like on a daily basis!

  First off me and my husband decided to move into an apartment to save $ bcuz our home was to big and we needed to downsize...horrivle idea! We went from living in a 4bedroom house with 2 other families (my mom, my sister& my other sister&her husband) all these ppl and our bills&rent was still cheaper and not bcuz it was spilt into 3!!! Our light only came out to at the most $180&water at the most $65 &monthly rent was only $600 we now pay $830 for rent parking is $25 which is ok i guess but the water and light are what blew my mind...we are now paying $200 light and $100 in water yes $100 in water and its only me and my husband in a 2bedroom apt. Besides it being extremely expensive especially because it is scary ive lived in worse looking places and heard less screaming fighting and seen less police for a while there was actually a homeless man living in an empty unit right above us the cops had to have him removed!!! And as for maintenance i dnt think they have any Our move in date was pushed back because of a leak in our kitchen Sink and even after moving in it was still leaking we have been here since march and its still leaking and noy a small leak but a leak to where i cnt have it running for more the 5 mins to wash dishes because my whole kitchen will be flooded the cabinet underneath the sink is now soaked in mold because of this leak Also our toilet keeps running we let them know that the black part broke the part thats suppose to go back down after being flushed is torn and wont go back down even after being put back down manually it continues to run because of it being ripped i made it clear to them that our water bill can not go any higher then it already is (did i mention its just me and my husband hardly ever home bcuz he works all day everyday&its already at $100!!!!) now that our toilet has been running who knows how much more itll be 😩
