DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I moved to this complex in March 2026, my second week in the apartment a major flood fills my apartment with 4 inches of water! It took hours for maintenance to even answer the phone, once there was an answer I was told me and my young son needed to get out of the apartment. For hours my son and I had to remain out of the apartment. We were finally told we could enter. Not once did PM offer to pay for any damaged items! We were then offered a different unit which we accepted, we were also offered for maintenance to assist us in moving. When I call to tell them we are ready no response, no urgency at all! I walk into the office and they are playing ping pong! Once we finally moved into the new apartment, we were met with roaches, odd smells, gaps in doors, broken appliances, and black mold. When you try to contact the office during operating hours there is no response! If you go up to the office no one is there doors are locked with a return time posted, and that time has passed. Tatianna the manager is disrespectful and non-responsive, and Tony never has any clue about anything. It's always "we'll get back to you" and then they ghost. At the point we noticed the black mold growth I was becoming increasingly ill in which I email the office as well as contacted the property management company, as well as reported them to the renters association and health institute. Days followed with no response, both me and my son ended up in the hospital with mold related respiratory issues. The office states they pride themselves on communication. FALSE! I shared my concerns and ultimately asked to be released from my lease which the office accepted. Then came the move out charges, which I am happy to pay! But they send me the invoice stating I have to pay within 10 days IN PERSON or they will send it to collections. Mind you I moved out of the area and was not alerted of this before vacating the apartment. I asked for leniency as I could be there on the 11th day, and was met with radio silence. Nick, Tatianna, and Tony are all incompetent, disrespectful, and ultimately should not be working in multifamily at all!

It’s been been nearly a year since we moved into these apartments & experience cracking & leaks throughout the apartment since day 1 maintenance & office have an excuse of having someone come look at the roof every time I speak with them it’s horrible & caused several damages to my property & won’t be able to file a insurance claim for any damages caused due to natural disasters !! Nor does anyone care of the situation by the way they handle it

So, I have been here now for about two months. I've been meaning to write this review, but I wanted to wait until the honeymoon stage was over. When I first came to look at this property, I was welcomed with open arms. I spoke to Matilda, and she gave me very good information about the move-in specials they had at the time (THANKS). I was very excited about my move-in date, but I ran into a snag: the assistant manager that I thought had completed my paperwork had not she is no longer here. I came in and spoke to the manager and explained about the move-in special I had expected. Well, I was very upset because I had no proof of this. Let me tell you about management: she went above and beyond to help me, even though she didn't have to. I have to say I didn't think people like her existed anymore. She honored the move-in rate. WOW!! I have put in a couple of work orders, and the maintenance guys have been great. I do building maintenance as my job, and these guys are on it. I have also taken care of my parents' dog and taken her to the dog area, and it was clean. Overall, I want to say THANK YOU!!!

Update: DON’T NOT RENT HERE, THEY STEAL MONEY AND TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING.
In January 22, I applied to rental assistance with the City of San Antonio due to Covid 19 I was out sick for 10 days without pay. I did not get approved until April of 22, my lease was ending in June 22. The managers stated I still had to pay rent because they hadn’t received my assistance yet. So I did. They finally get it in June but since we were only staying for half of June they stated I would get that refund back. They owed me $587 dollars since I paid rent and the city was supposed to cover it. They claim the whole amount was used to cover “damages” even though I had also paid a a non refundable $400 for my dog that was supposed to cover all the “damages” they claim. So a total of $987 they keep from themselves. When hardworking people are just trying to pay ends meet. I do not recommend this apartment complex.
OG Post: Would’ve renewed our lease but management stated they were not renewing anyone in our building, didn’t offer another option either. Only issue living by the pool was people being out all night and no one going to shut it down, only had our cars broken into once before the gate was working. Work orders always done on time.
