    This was by far THE WORST apartment I have ever lived in ! I had to give at least a star so this would be posted but it deserves zero! They make you pay for all of these amenities that you can’t use, like valet trash that never got picked up, a lot of people leave food out so the property is literally overran by stray cats. Maintenance never comes out. I had them come ONE TIME to trim my backyard because that’s something that was in my lease and that I paid for and the guy JUMPED OVER MY GATE INSTEAD OF TRIMMING MY YARD!! The entire building 5 is infested with roaches. I lived there for exactly 1 year and ever since I moved in, I asked for the exterminator to come on the designated Tuesday. He never came once. The property is filthy and at least once a week the washers and dryers are down, and once they’re fixed, the prices go up. it went from $1.50 per load to $2.10 per load in a matter of days. The staff is rude and don’t care about the tenants at all! When my lease was up, I had to toss most of mine and my kids items, furniture included, because everything was infested with roaches! DO NOT RENT HERE !

    I can't believe the manager here has accused me of yelling at maintenance while she's yelling at me and wouldn't let me talk, I've only met this lady once she fully disrespected me with her tone she is not a professional, I have not yelled at anyone I just complained about there contracter loud music and yelling while I live down stairs, been going on since 8 am, and she yeld over me like she knew me I haven't been in the office over 6 months, they just don't care, I had to say if this continues I'll call the cops if she can't deal with there contracter

    DO NOT MOVE HERE!! My family and I moved in 2024. When our lease was being made we were told cable/internet was optional we specifically said NO CABLE/INTERNET. We signed our lease trusting that our answer to no cable/internet was clear. After 3 months of living here I looked at our monthly charges and saw that we had a $97.00 charge for cable/internet. When I went in to pay our rent I specifically asked am I getting charged for cable/internet because it's showing it on here and we DIDN'T WANT IT. I was told no. After a year of living here I looked at my monthly charges again and saw it still showed a cable/internet fee of $97.00. I added all my utilities at we are charged for and sure enough the cable/internet was part of the charge. When I went to the office to let them know that when we moved in back in 2024 we specifically said NO CABLE/INTERNET and it still got put in our lease. I told them they could call which ever cable company they have a contract with that we NEVER went in to pick up any kind of equipment for the cable/internet. I told the manager I wanted a refund or just take what is ever owed to us in cable/internet charges out of our monthly bill and she said she couldn't do that. I told her why she couldn't help us when it was not our mistake it was theirs. She asked of i had it in writing or an email of us stating that we said we didn't want cable/internet. I told her why would I have it in email or writing when my husband and I sat across the mans desk while he worked on our lease in the computer right infront of us. She did absolutely nothing to help us and that's cause we have 2 autistic kids that need around the clock care and super vision. We need ever dollar we have. If we don't get our money back we will be getting a lawyer to get this settled.
