This business is run very poorly. They HOA services are even worse. They truly do not care about the home owners and only care about their pockets. The showcase no willingness to work with anyone, but are more than ready to collect dues and charge any fees they can rack up.

The Associa representative(Earl) that assisted me today provided the epitome of excellent Customer Service. He not only resolved the problem that prompted my call today, but he treated my husband and me with such an exceptional level of respect and concern that I have NEVER experienced before during any of my previous calls to Associa.

Do everything you can, to not buy a house where associa runs anything. They are like a school district, local government office, DMV, all rolled into one. Absolute lazy slobs work here. If you need help with something, don't bother. They outsource customer service line. Absolutely no one can't help you, give you an email address, or give you a phone number. All you have to do is look at their reply to every single one-star review, and you will see that it is a simple copy and paste. They do not actually care, because it is not their money and you are not their actual customer.
