  I told Sara Buzzi-R. at Associa that I my vendor gate code is compromised and that a safety concern was witnessed with my property. Her response to an immediate safety concern was to tell me to email a different department when they all work in the same open air concept room. I’ve been to their offices, it’s all one room. THIS COMPANY DOESNT CARE ABOUT HOMEOWNERS SAFETY!

  Susan @ Associa went above and beyond for me today. I had spoken with 3 other people in the company and I kept losing the calls. Susan not only stayed with me but found someone in IT to help me with the problem I was having with a document sent from my HOA Property Manager. He was unable to help me with the problem himself and I needed the document for an insurance claim. The Lord sent me 2 angels at Associa to help me. Thank you for going the extra mile for me today.
