I intentionally am giving zero stars, but google requires at least one. Over the last year I have tried multiple times to contact Associa for questions, concerns, requesting call back, etc and each interaction has been an utter waste of time, with poor customer service, dishonesty, and deflection/ deceptive responses. I have had to dispute charges that were applied to my account multiple times, for things that never occurred or for escalations taken outside of the escalation path, ie sending certified notices before courtesy notices. I have requested access to public records through associa, to be told no, and have personally called and requested a call back, every day for 3 weeks, to not receive a call back until the board intervened on my behalf. When I did receive a call back, instead of taking accountability, I was told it was the Boards fault I had not been contacted. They use a call center and there is no accountability for property managers who do not follow up in a timely manner. Additionally, they will charge accounts without providing notice to Homeowners. They charge very high credit card processing fees and are unable to provide electronic refunds. I am currently waiting for a refund and their antiquated process will take, including today, 6 days, for me to pick up a paper check. Be very wary prior to signing a contract with this organization- your HOA will struggle as much as ours has.
