I would not recommend Westover Hills. We had a leak in our apartment that took over two months to fix despite multiple maintenance requests. On move-out day, I arrived at 10:00 a.m. to return my keys, but no one was in the office until 11:30 a.m., even though I was moving out of town. To top it off, after we gave proper notice and moved out, they sent us a Notice to Vacate. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. Aissa and the management team need to do a much better job taking care of their residents. I would look elsewhere.

Good luck speaking with anyone. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I drove 5 hours to see this apartment, had three scheduled tours, called 4 times, and no one answered. They kept changing the “we’ll be back” time yet never came back either. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

My wife and I have scheduled 4 separate tours now. It is absolutely ridiculous that we’ve somehow created 4 different times to be here and see these apartments and somehow still couldn’t catch anyone. Why give me the option to schedule a tour at this time if you have no one available? Why email me a reminder that I have a tour when you could’ve emailed me to reschedule out of courtesy? Unprofessional, if you guys hardly care to make me feel valued enough to move in, i highly doubt you value the residents that already live here. Office is open til 6pm and I SCHEDULED A 3:30 APPOINTMENT. Yet the door says they will return at 5:30. Yeah i won’t bother here anymore.

Scheduled three separate appointments to tour and there was no in office each time we showed up and office closes at 6.We reached out multiple times and only got a reply once letting us know someone would be there to give us our scheduled tour yet there was no one there.I saw other reviews stating this apartment complex has bad communication and I can agree.

I cannot say enough great things about the maintenance team and the incredible experience I had with them. From the very beginning, they showed an unmatched level of professionalism, urgency, kindness, and dedication that truly deserves recognition. In a time that could have easily been stressful and overwhelming, this team completely exceeded every expectation I had and turned the entire experience into something genuinely reassuring and positive.
What impressed me the most was how unbelievably time-efficient they were. The moment the issue was reported, they acted quickly and immediately made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. There was no waiting around wondering if someone would show up or if the repairs would ever get done. They stayed on top of everything from start to finish and handled the situation with such speed and organization that it honestly amazed me. It is rare these days to find a team that not only responds quickly but also follows through with such consistency and care.
Beyond their efficiency, the quality of their work was exceptional. Every member of the team was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. They took the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure everything was handled correctly. Even while working under pressure, they maintained such a positive attitude and treated me with kindness and patience throughout the entire process. That level of customer service is something that truly stands out. I believe their names is Pete and Andrew and these guys are one of the top maintenance teams I have been in contact with
