  Paulina was VERY helpful. I scheduled an appointment she was well dressed and she had a wonderful personality. She walked me through the property and she had all the information I had asked her about ready to go.

  I had a wonderful experience touring the property with Paulina! She was very kind, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to show me around, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly. She made the tour feel comfortable and enjoyable, and I really appreciated how helpful and patient she was. Thank you, Paulina, for such a great experience! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to call home. 😊💙

  Came to check this place for a tour and the leasing agent Paulina was so kind and helpful she showed me around and I loved the community and atmosphere! Definitely recommend this place :)

  I have absolutely loved my experience living here. It has been truly exceptional from the day I moved in to the sad day I had to move out. All of the staff is nothing but helpful, kind, and efficient! All of my service requests were dealt with almost immediately each time and they would even check in a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The complex itself is well maintained and beautiful and the people living there are very friendly and respectful of quiet hours. I have truly loved living here, thank you for making my first apartment so special! 🩷

  I would not recommend Westover Hills. We had a leak in our apartment that took over two months to fix despite multiple maintenance requests. On move-out day, I arrived at 10:00 a.m. to return my keys, but no one was in the office until 11:30 a.m., even though I was moving out of town. To top it off, after we gave proper notice and moved out, they sent us a Notice to Vacate. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. Aissa and the management team need to do a much better job taking care of their residents. I would look elsewhere.
