  These people are pure pathetic. They won't even respond to water leaks in the apartment. My 77 year old mom has to clean and soak up the water so she won't slip and fall. I have gone to the office in person and have put in numerous maintenance requests on line and they will not repair. We have taken photos for our protection so when the floors are damaged we won't be responsible.

  Apartment is not done. A lot of issues with my apartment. Moved from Wisconsin thinking that I would be moving into a beautiful complex but was misled by the photos.

  I had a great tour with Amy the leasing agent. She explained the fees, procedure and qualifying criteria very clearly. Great special, great prices and great staff!

  I've lived their for 3 whole years, I just moved out at the beginning of 2026, and it was the worse place I've lived at in San Antonio I was constantly getting bit by fire ants anywhere in the apartment, Rats and fire ants were constantly getting in my food everything had to be stored in the fridge, I constantly had ac problems like no other even no ac for months. Don't let these bs 5 stars reviews fool you all Alamo cares about is collecting money and doing just enough so you don't sue them.

  Definitely wasn’t my first choice, but was in a rush and didn’t want to pay my last place anything for not being out in time, place definitely has some issues but for what I’m paying for I can’t complain, bonus points for the leasing Agent I think her name was Amy, you can tell she really tries to help out as much as she can, so far if I’m not a big fan of the place by the time the lease is up it won’t be because of the staff
