  We were referred to Hannah Vick with HMS back in February 2026, so I reached out and we got the ball rolling (or so I thought) we had one in person meeting on 2/27 and I felt like it was a good interaction. We believed that we were actually going to start making headway, we messaged a few times regarding paperwork and documentation that she needed and then on 3/27 (exactly one month from our meeting) we stopped hearing from Hannah. I messaged her on 4/7, 4/24, and 4/29 and called her on 4/30 and was completely ignored. My messages went unanswered and my call never returned. To this day I still do not know why we were just dropped, especially AFTER sending paperwork like our bank statements and personal information. Unfortunately I will never recommend Hannah to anyone and make sure to let others know (with proof). I have not done business with anyone else there however this review is simply for the one person. I find it comical that a lot of the videos that are posted on their social media are to infer that they can help you when no one can…except if they can’t instead of relaying that information, you’re ghosted.

  Hannah is the absolute BEST!! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I on our first purchase. From getting us a good rate, researching options on down payment assistance to even finding us a great rate on home insurance. I highly recommend you see her for all your home loan needs. Choose local!!
