  Rick was our salesperson! Great guy not pushy by any means. He listened to our situation and what we were looking for in a home. He asked us multiple questions to better assist us and give us a practical home within our price range. -was available what seemed like 24/7 because no matter what time of day/night or what day in the week I called he answered and spoke to me -communicated very well and had the answers to literally every question we had. -explained closing and helped us with our checklist of the home we picked -gave us notice and updates throughout the entire process -was thorough with financing details and made signing the paperwork very easy -allowed us to walk through each home unbothered and was available for any questions we had on each home We currently have the home on our property on a caliche pad with the vapor barrier and leveled. All utilities have been tied in, steps installed and “welcome home” walkthrough completed. We still have a few minor things to finish up but for the most part Rick made the entire process easy. Needing a home but not sure where to start? Get in and contact Rick. I’ll add some photos so you can see things as they progressed but overall I give a 10/10 for everything we dealt with . * Rain did delay our projected move in date but that was no fault of Clayton homes or the moving company.

  A GIANT shout out to Ricardo Flores! He's gone above and beyond for me! From a giant selections of homes down to the PERFECT home, Rick was there through it all! Clayton Homes as a whole is all around amazing! Every time ive been to the lot, everybody's been very welcoming with smiles on their faces! Any problems? They're on it within 30 seconds! They're invested, understanding & all around great!! This transaction has been nothing but smooth! I fully recommend rick & Clayton homes before stopping anywhere else for a home!! I have no regrets!! This company and these workers are nothing but amazing and dedicated! Theyve made my dreams come true without me having to lift a finger! I cannot thank rick and Clayton homes enough! Thank you for absolutely everything! Im truly grateful!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a wonderful experience working with Abellyca Ramirez. She helped me find the perfect home and was always prompt in answering my many questions. If she didn’t have an immediate answer, she would get it for me. My husband is disabled and he could not get in the shower. She was able to arrange for someone to do modifications to the master bath. I also really appreciated the care and attention they gave after the house arrived. I would highly recommend this young lady and Clayton Homes of San Angelo.
