  I had a great experience touring and leasing my apartment! The entire process was smooth, easy and professional from start to finish. Olivia was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating Katie was. I'm very happy with my decision to lease here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking in Rowlett!

  I enjoy living at One90Main and appreciate all that the office/leasing staff does to ensure a pleasant living environment. All of my issues have been handled swiftly and with great care. The Valet trash is also an added bonus!

  I had such a great experience touring this apartment community! I came with my realtor, and from the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. Katie, the Assistant Community Manager, was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. She took her time showing us around, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the apartments were really nice. Katie definitely made the tour stand out and left both me and my realtor with a great impression of the community!

  I recently toured One90 main with clients interested in leasing at this property. We met with the assistant community manager Katie, who took the time to show us a few different options available for lease. Katie went above and beyond in educating us on One90, the amenities they have to offer, pricing and local happenings in the city of Rowlett that happen nearby often. I highly appreciated the professionalism and courteousness. The property was well maintained, my clients loved the luxury finishes in each unit, the plethora of amenities included and cleanliness of the property as a whole.

  I’ve only been here 2 months. These look very nice which is why I chose them. The staff is amazing but my A/C hasn’t worked properly since I moved in. I understand it’s hot outside but never in life have ever lived anywhere where my a/c did not work. To add I have a 3 month old baby . My unit gets up to 79 degrees with fans. On top of silver fish and spiders. I asked to be transferred to another unit and was informed that these do not constitute an apartment transfer. The mind boggling thing is that I was told that I could not get the unit I wanted due to income but this unit is literally $40 less than the unit I applied for. It doesn’t add up. Now I have to pay a $250 electric bill for a unit that a/c does not work. This would actually be ok if my unit a/c actually worked properly . I’m starting to regret moving here but I had to get me and my newborn a place to stay . I didn’t think the staff would put us in a unit where there is bugs everywhere and the a/c not working properly. I’ve had maintenance here 15 times and still nothing. So now I feel I have no privacy either. Great staff . Apartment beautiful but I’m not getting anywhere and hot
