  i had sn amazing experience touring this apartment community! The property is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The amenities are truly luxurious and make the community feel like a resort. The office staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time answer all my questions and made the entire tour enjoyable and stress-free I left feeling very impressed with the community and everything it had to offer. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a beautiful apartment with great amenities and exceptional customer service

  This by far has been the best living experience! It’s the first time that I actually know my neighbors, the team is so kind and the partner itself is beautiful! You get the whole package here for sure!

  I will be breaking my lease after 2 months. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments looked nice on the outside and are aesthetically pleasing. The leasing agents are pleasant as well, but THESE UNITS ARE FALLING APART AT THE SEAMS. My office door constantly gets stuck and it takes maintenance hours to come fix it. When you turn on the shower in the bathtub, it makes a weird noise and whenever maintenance comes to fix it it only lasts a few hours before the noise is made again. The door knobs are always falling off or becoming loose The lock on my Patio is always getting stuck. These Apartments were cheaply built, and it’s clear that the Owner of these apartments just wanted to make money. The spiders, Water bugs, & Silverfish are out of control and they do not spray. Also, for the amount of money that you’re paying the amenities & unit are not worth it. Only reason these apartments are considered luxury is because there is no carpet & the stainless steel appliances. The pool is very small to have 7 buildings (the TV doesn’t work out there). The bigger your apartment, the smaller your closet. These units do not come with the washer and dryer (How are you a luxury apartment but you have to lease a washer and dryer). The computer lab only has two computer is one of which doesn’t have a keyboard or a mouse. The hallways in the buildings STINK. The only reason building 1 smells decent is because that’s where the leasing office is. Dog poop is often left on the ground & in the hallways. Please save yourself some money & a headache by staying away from One90Main. They are pricey for no reason & you will not be getting what you pay for.

  Moving out on my own for the first time was honestly terrifying, but One90 Main Apartments completely changed that for me. From the moment I toured, I knew this was different — the living spaces are immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a true luxury feel. Everything is spotless and you can tell the team takes real pride in the property. The staff here is incredible. They’re not just friendly, they’re genuinely invested in making sure residents feel at home. The entire move-in process was seamless and stress-free, which I did not expect as a first-time renter. I have to personally thank Cielo for going above and beyond helping me move in. Your professionalism and kindness turned a day I was dreading into something easy and even exciting. And Natalie — thank you for your patience and support through the whole process. You both made me feel taken care of every step of the way. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment with a five-star team and a community that actually feels like home, One90 Main is it. I came in nervous about living solo and now I can’t imagine being anywhere else.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and good smelling common areas. Very active with hosting events with the apartment community. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking a high quality apartment life!
