  These are possibly the worst apartments to live in PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The management is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced and the lack of response to a maintenance request can have you waiting for weeks until something gets done unless you are constantly calling them. I remember my hot water went out one time for DAYS!! and all they told me was “you can boil some water” if it wasn’t for me being on top of them i probably would’ve been without hot water for weeks! I’m WARNING YOU NOW! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT CONSTANT HEADACHES! Also when I’ve first moved in I had broken windows on my brand new unit due to hail damage and it took them 6 weeks to come and repair it so when it rained water would come in and cause my rot and mold on my windows. One important thing to also know is THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. There has been many issues that I can just go on and on but I’ll leave this here and hope I can save someone from having the stress I had and the headaches. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. One more thing with MAINTENANCE they lack so bad with completing word orders they do not complete the work at all even though they say it has been completed they drive around and just sit at one spot on their phones doing nothing.

  I went to visit a friend who lives in these apartments. Arrived at 6 pm parked in a designated parking spot. 11 pm my car was towed by A&A wrecker service for "parking on private property". It cost me $336 to get my car back. Apparently this complex has contracted with this service to drive through the parking lot to scan license plates that have not been preregistered to be there (or for any other reason) and tow them. The management states this is for tenant safety yet they have broken security entrance gates to the property complex for YEARS.

  Avoid this property. Trying to communicate with management is a complete nightmare. They rely on a broken AI bot that sends repetitive, generic messages and completely ignores actual human replies. If you call, the staff is rude, unhelpful, and will either hang up on you or leave you on hold indefinitely. To make matters worse, the on-site manager is entirely unresponsive and handles issues with hostility. Between their unethical pricing tactics and insulting behavior, they completely lost me as a prospective tenant. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere

  This property is infamous for bait and switch. Multiple reviews have been written about this. I went to tour for these 2 and they said the actual price was about $400 more than listed on the website. False advertisement, and the leasing team always have a terrible attitude. DO NOT MOVE HERE
