  I highly recommend Austin Mortgage Associates, especially James! I was going through a personal crisis and needed to buy a home and close within 30 days. James was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also personable and understanding throughout the entire process. He worked diligently to accommodate my situation, and thanks to his dedication, I was able to close and move into my new home within 30 days!   We had an excellent experience working with James throughout the home buying process. From the beginning, he was extremely communicative, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. We were relocating across the country with kids, an expecting wife, in-laws, and pets, so there was a lot going on; but James kept everything organized and stress free on the financing side. He helped us secure a great deal and guided us through each step with clarity and professionalism. We truly felt supported the entire time and would highly recommend James and his company to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable lender.

  James is amazing!! I had reached out to him last year while still living in Colorado and expressed wanting to relocate and buy a house in the Austin area. Throughout the year leading up to my move and the whole buying process start to finish James kept me inform and went to battle for me. Between a tricky loan process AND being in the middle of a government shut down James GOT IT DONE! I was so lucky to have found him and so blessed and honored to have James and his team battling it out for this beautiful house! I say with 100% honesty and confidence NO ONE, can do what this man can! He’s far ahead of the pack. Thank you again so much James for everything! You’re the best!
