I lived at Arrington Ridge for seven years. We moved there in 2019 when the community was still growing its tenant base, and it was a great experience overall. The only advice I would offer is to ensure maintenance checks the foundation in front of your door before you move in. Because our foundation wasn't completely level, we experienced quite a few water damage issues whenever it rained.
All in all though, it was a good experience. The maintenance team was sweet, the staff was friendly, I never had any issues with the resident portal, and I always felt safe. The only reason we moved was because we were finally ready for a house!
Lived here for 2 years, and it was great overall. Loved the free shaded car wash area and amazon locker. The place was clean on move-in, maintenance was quick and friendly, and office staff were helpful. Maintenance can change your lights and fire alarm batteries for you.
On the downside, walls are thin (I could hear my upstairs and next-door neighbors). The vacuums by the car wash ate my $1 and never worked. The gates work for a day or two randomly, but are open for the most part. Also, there is no ceiling light in the living room, only a plate. Bring a ladder to buy and install one yourself or fill your room with lamps because it's dark. There weren't any elevators for my building (it was 3 floors), but I know some buildings do have elevators so I'd recommend asking about that. You might see some ants the day after it rains, but they go away as long as you don't keep food out.
I didn't get charged much at move-out since there were barely any damages, and the charges were fair. You might get charged a hefty amount if there is damage, so make sure you keep your apartment maintained well. Also, pay attention to the rules and emails for valet trash and gates otherwise you'll get fined.
Beyond the small things, management tries their best, and living here was nice. Thanks!

I've lived at Arrington Ridge for the past two years. I literally have no complaints regarding this apt. Maintenance was awesome. Repairs was often completed the same day or the next day at the latest. The office staff was also really nice and respectful. If I ever return to the Austin area, I would rent at Arrington Ridge again.

I’d really give it 4-5 stars but I’m a little salty haha. This apartment is pretty cool and the management team is sweet and helpful. Maintenance is quick and will come same day. Just be careful they’re pretty strict (as they should be) with their policies and will hand out fees quick with little understanding at times. Also side note, valet living didn’t pick up my trash twice one but they’ll give me a fee for leaving my trash can out because I wasn’t home mind you. Definitely keep documentation of EVERYTHING! Other than that, you should rent !

They fine people because of their balconies since it looks “messy” and they fine you $45 if you accidentally leave your empty trash bin outside your apartment door. You can’t leave your trash bin outside because it can “attract pests” But yet this is okay? We liked it because it was a closed gated community but the gate doesn’t even work? Since we’ve lived here the gate maybe worked 3 months. This is disgusting but they allow it.
