  This complex is stunning. The staff are so friendly and make you feel at home the minute you walk through the front door of the office. Claire, Tammy, and Sky were all very knowledgeable and friendly!

  I lived here for three years, and by the end I was ready to move on. Management changed frequently, and while maintenance was usually quick to respond, the quality of the work often meant the same issue needed multiple visits. I was also charged at move-out for things like hanging paintings and small nail holes, which was frustrating. When I reported that my dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly anymore, I was told to remember that “dishwashers do not clean all dishes,” which didn’t really address the issue I was reporting. The AC was another major problem. It was extremely inefficient, and I now live in a 2-bedroom with about 400 more square feet and pay a similar electric bill to what I paid here for a 1-bedroom and I even have my new ac set lower. Ultimately, I chose to leave even when they offered to reduce my rent by over $100 a month. After three years, I just didn’t feel the property was worth staying for. There were too many ongoing issues, and I was ready for a better experience.

  The community here is incredibly warm and welcoming and it feels like home. A huge shout-out to Tammy, the manager and her leasing and maintenance team! All are absolutely awesome.

  Lived here about 3yrs until moved out of state. Loved my tome there. Staff was attentive & friendly. Love how it’s conveniently located! Recently I was interested in coming back and Claire was very helpful in answering questions and following up with me. This time they didn’t have what I needed available but I still recommend this community! (Deducted 1 star because could not use sauna as was open office hours only - same hours I worked).
