  I’ve lived at Alvista for over 3 years. Even though the property management company has changed since, the quality, security, and comfort have not. Any time there has been any noticeable issue, the Management team in the front office have acted swiftly to take care of it. And the 3 times in my 3 years that has had to happen, it was never a problem again! The maintenance staff are also super quick at resolving any issues that happen. They have been really helpful over the last 3 years. One time, I wanted warm lights put in instead of the cool lights they replaced burnt bulbs with, and they did it the next day! No questions asked. I’m also a person who has a lot of questions because I want to be sure I understand what’s happening. Daniele has always been really kind and understanding when I come to her with my questions. Coming from my last apartment to Alvista changed my outlook on apartment life. I feel well taken care of here. 🙏🏻

  Have had nothing but problems since I moved in here!! Apartment was not even ready when I moved in. Missing shelf’s in the kitchen blinds didn’t fit the windows! Their response was they’ll mark it on my inventory sheet and not charge me for it but they won’t fix it. My dryer did not work for 3 months before they finally got me a new one! Just put in an emergency request at 7pm because the a/c is not working. It is 90° in my apartment sweating just sitting here and the property manager Nelly resposne over an hour later was they had no one to come out because they can’t keep maintenance employees for anything because of the poor management and that they don’t work on a/c at night! Said they would have someone out first thing in the morning at 8am! Please for the love of god stay away from this place! Pay the $200 more a month for a newer built apartment than this 20+ year old run down place!

  I moved form Waco to Alvista 2 years ago on May 10th and I am beyond satisfied with the space and the service. From day one Danielle has been extremely helpful. I have so much anxiety about things and every time I had a question there she was finding solutions to all my questions. If management reads this give that woman a raise! If I could bring Alvista with me to Austin I would in a heart beat! ty Danielle and staff <3

  This place is amazing office staff is great and maintenance team At Alvista Works very hard and efficient. Thank you, (Rust )the maintenance man.He was very polite and professional, response time was amazing.
