The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of, which makes it feel comfortable and safe every day. The staff is friendly and helpful, and any maintenance requests get handled quickly. You can tell they really care about keeping the place in good shape for residents. The amenities are also a big plus. Everything is kept clean, and it’s a nice place to relax after a long day. Parking has been easy, and the overall environment is very peaceful. Overall, Alvista is an amazing place to live. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed, and welcoming apartment community, this is definitely a great choice.

After moving out, Daniella sent me a move-out statement with a balance due, but the email specifically says you cannot contact the leasing office about the charges and must go through a third-party billing company instead. The problem? The phone number they provided rings once and then hangs up. I tried calling multiple times with the same result. What makes it worse is that when I called using someone else’s phone, the call suddenly went through. That raises serious concerns about how residents are being treated when trying to resolve billing issues. After being a resident for over five years, I expected much better communication and professionalism. Instead, it feels like they make it intentionally difficult to dispute charges or get answers. If you plan on living here, be aware that when it comes time to move out, you may have a very hard time getting in touch with anyone to resolve billing problems. Very disappointing experience after being a long-term resident.
