I was told I would receive 10 weeks free along with a $1,000 concession, yet my account was charged on the first of the month. I spoke with someone over the phone named Dillion, who said his manager was working on it and that this was an issue affecting multiple residents. I called again the next morning and spoke with Sarah, who said it was out of their control and that a third party caused the charge. She also stated they had no control over the money being pulled from my account. On top of that, my move-in experience has been extremely frustrating. When I moved in, the AC was leaking from the ceiling onto the floor. It took four separate visits and nearly three weeks for it to be “fixed.” I was told someone would return the following week to fix the hose they placed in the ceiling, but no one ever came back. I also listed several concerns on my inventory checklist, including a large pile of bird droppings on my patio and an old bird nest on the patio light. I specifically marked these as a health concern, and after three weeks of living here, they still have not been removed. The apartments themselves look nice, and the location is perfect for my commute to work, but my experience moving in has been horrible. One of the main reasons I moved from my previous apartment was because this location was closer to work. I was already paying one final month of rent at my old apartment, and I chose this apartment because of the 10 weeks free and $1,000 concession. Now I am being charged double rent this month. Thankfully, I have the money to cover it, but what if I didn’t? I do not understand what the 10 weeks free and $1,000 concession were for if they do not automatically apply before rent is pulled from my account. I was told that I just need to calculate the free weeks myself and manually pay once that time has been used, and that the money pulled through autopay cannot be refunded. That does not make sense. If autopay is enabled, the system should not charge me rent until the 10 weeks free and $1,000 concession are exhausted. It should apply the credit first and only charge the remaining difference when needed. I should not be penalized for setting up autopay. Overall, this has been the worst move-in experience I have ever had. The staff has been difficult to reach, maintenance concerns have gone unresolved, and the rent concession was not handled in a clear or reasonable way.

I try to call the leasing office to no answer multiple times. The automated line doesn’t seem to be able to connect to the real people working in leasing. It’s definitely a safety concern.

The worst apt complex I have lived in. Over the past 7 years this place has become hell and they just let it. It is gross here, the people are scary, and we have the cops called here every weekend, look it up.

I lived here for 2 years and I am very glad I left. When I toured in 2024 I was told that the gates are being worked on, the gates never got fixed in those 2 years. When they asked for feedback and I stated that the gates still don't work, I was ensured that they would be fixed within the next month. Still not fixed. I hope you aren't too attached to packages or deliveries, because I've gotten mine stollen. There are frequently fire trucks and police cars outside of buildings. They towed my car while I was waiting for my registration sticker, and even though it was communicated to them and there were emails to back it up, I called many times and barely got an answer. Ended up having to call the towing company myself, I still had to take the day off of work and get an uber to go get it because they decided it wasn't their fault. Come to find out they never took it off of the tow list. I asked simply for an apology, but I doubt I'll ever hear it. The WiFi is hit or miss and slow, but it's a part of your rent, so when they ask for feedback and you complain, they'll tell you that you can get your own WiFi if it's such a big deal. Good luck with getting ahold of anyone through email or phone. They'll respond on their own time, if at all. There were times when they didn't pick up my trash, even though I paid for valet trash, and if you leave your trash can out later than the allowed time (because sometimes things come up) they'll take it and won't give you a new one.

Good luck actually being able to get ahold of someone. And the automated lines hangs up on you even if you try to use the emergency line. It’s ridiculous and a safety concern here. On top of the downstairs neighbors being infested with ants…. We will see huge roaches every once in a while. The walls have horrible cracks and the pipes are always bursting. Shortly after moving in, the pipe to the washer burst TWICE and then recently the pipe to the kitchen sink burst. But what’s the most frustrating is the phones. I don’t understand why it needs to be so difficult
