Wanted to leave a review just to show appreciation for the maintenance man David, I’ve had a few things break in the last few months and David has been the one here fixing them for us everytime and has done a phenomenal job. Most recently our ac went out which was a bit of a concern since we have a newborn in the apt. David came in and had it fixed within a few minutes!

Former resident here. I personally loved living there. I always felt safe, and the neighborhood was peaceful, friendly, and welcoming. The common areas were clean and homey, there was a 24/7 gym, and the apartment itself was very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool almost every weekend, which also has BBQ grills, and loved taking walks around the pond which is also a great spot for running. They did have some issues with the dumpsters, but they were actively working on improvements and finding solutions. I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to where I live, but this is definitely one of the places I would happily come back to.

We've lived here 2 years about to sign a 3rd year. Ive read many reviews and as a tenant I can tell you 2 months ago YES trash was all over. HORRIBLE. However, we started slowly seeing small improvements, small differences. Went into the office to inquire about upcoming lease renewal to find out we were now under new management. Lauren. The trash doesnt over flow lile it did, she and her new staff are on it with communication. There have been times we walk out a d see cops here, however , WE have had no " safety" issues. Theyve added more cameras to the property. Theyre installing a WORKING gate again. The apartment maintenence and the landscaping company are more engaged and it shows. Slow progress is still progress. We are happy to say, today we went ahead and committed to another year. Thank you Lauren and to your team for the positive changes. I apologize I cant recall the young ladies name at the front office but she was super nice. I LOVE the new office. Ps people reading this... I dont work here and I really am a real tenant. Marisela aka " cake lady" as Ive been called.

My husband and I first moved into this apartment complex in the spring of 2024. Then, we worked with a leasing agent who is no longer there to coordinate our move-in and they was wonderful to work with. The first year we lived there, we had little to no issues with the complex itself and our leasing agent was very communicative and helped advocate for whatever we needed. When we decided to transfer units at the end of our first lease, we were warned that there were shifts in management and that the one person we worked with would be leaving very soon. As well as the unit we were moving into was a very old unit, which is why we would get such a good deal on it. My husband and I were optimistic since it was a larger, first floor unit but shortly after our move, our living experience at 401 Teravista turned into a nightmare. Management was impossible to get in contact with. They switched over to an AI answering system and you can't get in touch with anyone there. You pay a premium price for amenities yet they close the pool with no notice, for months on end. They have spent almost a YEAR renovating the clubhouse and there seems to be little to no progress. We lived right across from the dumpster that was almost never picked up and constantly overflowing with stinky garbage. Our unit flooded four times in the year that we spent living there and each time, it took the office and maintenance team days to fix the damages each flood caused. At one point, we tried to ask the property manager, Jayla, if we could transfer units since our current one was such a nightmare to which we were told she could absolutely work with us and even offered a transfer with no fees. However a week later, we were denied this transfer. At the end of our lease we were done with this property but wanted to weigh our renewal options. We asked and called multiple times and heard nothing about our renewal from the management team. When I finally went in to put in our move-out notice, they tried to go against the terms clearly stated in our lease and tried to force us to pay for rent longer than what our lease terms stated. We also were never given an initial move-in inspection sheet however documented previous damages made by the previous Tennant ourselves. When we tried to communicate this with the management team they acted very shady and told us it isn't their fault that we weren't given an inspection sheet and that we would be financially responsible for all damages even though we had timestamped videos and photos pre-dating the start of our lease. When I tried to bring this up again to management they completely ghosted us. All of this to say that if you are considering living here AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of other apartment complexes nearby for less money, and have better management and a cleaner property.
