  I've lived here for over 8 years and used to absolutely love it, but the place had declined greatly. There are insects everywhere, I don't think they spray the property any more. We have had multiple Car break ins, they never lock the gates. I cannot remember the last time the gates were even operable. They do not have enough resident parking and if you want to make sure you have a spot, you have to pay extra fees for it, and even then there is a waiting list. They have also started towing cars that are in the correct spaces and are registered to an apt. When the office was contacted about the above issues, we were advised that the they were going to just remove the gates soon, and also advised that it did not matter if the vehicle was registered, it was still subject to towing. We had a flat that we were unaware of and had parked the car less than 12 hours prior! It is ridiculous that a paying/registered tenant would have to worry about their vehicle being towed if they have a flat and do not realize it. The office made it clear that they did not care.

  The receptionist greeted me by name, which was a nice touch. My checkup was thorough, and the dentist took time to answer my questions without rushing. Everything felt organized, and I walked out feeling confident about my dental health.

  I want to start out by saying the staff here is amazing. Jolie is who I always deal with and she is the absolute sweetest. She is extremely helpful and very empathetic. She really cares about the tenants and is a pleasure to work with!

  We have lived here 2 years and absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing (love you Jolie!). Maintenance is very quick when we need help with anything. We could not be happier!

  We've lived here 2 years and love it! The complex has a lot of neat events to do for tenants...Monthly breakfast, popcorn Wednesdays, free pizza every 2 weeks, etc...The maintenance are very good about getting things fixed quickly, and the front office staff, especially Jolie are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs! I definitely recommend living here! David Morgan
