I hope that in summer of 2027 they can hire decent pool cleaner! Bringing in more than 200,000 a month and can’t get this under control is a joke and I believe all this chemical residue is harmful :( . Maintenance are all friendly and nice but it been months since I put in my mold claim and nothing yet and the bugs around here are becoming more and more it just annoying how much we pay a month for all these things and they can’t seem to keep up. And all the appliances are outdated definitely need to invest more into the bathrooms and kitchen something that will last longer like stone countertops and better bathtubs that aren’t plastic or w.e it’s called. Stonemark needs to step it up! Are family’s work too hard, making yall even richer… We’re just asking for what we pay!
