I absolutely love my decision to move at The Retreat from the leasing office to actually moving in as been a breeze. Kudos to Emily and Eva they are the perfect pair . Their were a few maintenance issues but they were handled quick and professional by maintenance...they were diligent and very kind. Thank you for giving me my hearts desire...I love it and I'm living it.

I have been living at The Retreat for the past 16 months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very unpleasant. First, the constant banging noise from the tenant upstairs has been extremely stressful. The noise comes from heavy stomping when they walk, starting early in the morning and continuing daily from around 6:00 PM until about 10:00 PM. This has significantly affected my ability to rest and enjoy my home. Second, the noise from children in the playground and grass area near my unit is overwhelming. The screaming is often deafening, and children frequently run around the pool area without any adult supervision, which raises serious safety concerns. Third, there is an ongoing issue with pet owners allowing their pets to defecate in the grass areas—including areas where children play—without cleaning up after them. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. I have reported these issues multiple times to the apartment manager, Emily Long, but no meaningful action has been taken. To make matters worse, when the trash compactor broke, trash piled up for an extended period. The smell and flies were so bad that it created a serious health concern. I also attempted to contact the regional manager for several months and never received a response. Overall, management has been unresponsive, and basic quality-of-life and sanitation issues are not being addressed. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, well-managed community.

Loved living here at first. But now, cannot wait to move out!!! Stay away from this place and go elsewhere! Break-ins, towed resident vehicles, and don't go to management to try and get anything resolved! They just look for ways to further exploite their resistants and maximize profitability! Lastly, almost everyone in my building moved out after one year, I guess this is not an isolated issue and it clearly shows resident retention or satisfaction is not a goal, it's easier to have a revolving door of new tenants. Why gamble???? Avoid putting yourself through this, instead of moving out after a year.

HAPPY COMMUNITY MANAGER DAY EMILY!!!!! 🎉🎊🎈👏. Ever since you came to our complex, you implemented many positive changes ex. Movie night, pool parties, Halloween fun, the random invites to come grab popcorn from the office or cookies! You are absolutely so friendly and you smile all the time, you make it very easy for anyone to go in the office, call you, or email you to ask questions or have concerns, they are addressed immediately!! I would also like to give a shout out to the other employees at The Retreat, from the leasing office to the maintenance team (they all know “Angel”, my Dachshund and always say hi to her! Very Cool 😎) and the landscapers, they all do a great job !!! I Love living at the Retreat!!!! Keep doing what all of you do, we appreciate you all!!!
