I am extremely concerned about a serious breach of privacy and safety by the leasing office staff at this property. A leasing agent (Erick) provided my full address — including building number and unit number — to a complete stranger who simply claimed they knew me. This individual was then allowed to move into the same building, on the same floor, just a few doors down from my apartment. This is not just careless — it is deeply unethical, unsafe, and a violation of basic tenant confidentiality standards. Leasing offices are entrusted with sensitive personal information, and disclosing a resident’s exact location to an unverified third party puts tenants at real risk. Under Texas privacy and tenant protection expectations, property managers have a duty to safeguard residents’ personal information. Giving out a tenant’s full address without consent or verification is a serious breach of that responsibility and may expose the property to legal liability. Because of this incident, I no longer feel safe living here. It is alarming to know that anyone could walk into the office, claim familiarity, and be given access to where I live and moved in a few doors down. I strongly urge management to: • Implement strict verification policies before sharing any resident information • Retrain staff immediately on privacy and security protocols • Take accountability for this breach and address how it will be prevented in the future Tenants deserve to feel safe in their own homes. This situation reflects a major failure to uphold that basic standard.

Scheduled an appointment (self guided tour was not mentioned) to view an apartment for Saturday & drove about 30 minutes to the complex and the office was closed. This was about 1:30 in the afternoon. I did a self guided tour of a 2/2, although I was expecting to see a 3/2 & see the amenities that to complex had to offer. The complex was well maintained and over all seemed like a nice spot! I did get a view of the pool which was nice.

I recently moved out and wanted to share a balanced review. On the positive side, the amenities are really nice. The coffee bar in the main leasing office is a great touch, and I appreciated having access to the gym, pool and resident activities. Those features definitely made day-to-day living more enjoyable. However, there were some ongoing issues that really impacted our experience. The smell of weed frequently seeped into our apartment, which was frustrating to deal with on a regular basis. Additionally, dog waste was often left around the property, which made it unpleasant to walk around. I understand that management can’t control every resident’s behavior, but stronger enforcement would make a big difference. Another concern was the environment for families. My 11-year-old son just wanted to play outside, but he was often told not to ride his scooter in the courtyard without me being present. We’ve lived all over the world as a retired military family and have never had issues or lease violations related to our child playing outside. I understand supervision rules for areas like the pool or gym, but the courtyard should feel like a safe and welcoming place for kids. Overall, the property has great potential, but these issues need attention. Please take steps to address them and improve the living experience for future residents.
