  I probably shouldn’t write this review out of frustration right now. Let me first say that the manager and his entire team are AMAZING! My frustration, I have spent the entire weekend moving into my third (3 yup 3) unit within this community in less than a month. I’ve been up all night moving and I’m frustrated. What’s most upsetting is that each move has not been due to any fault of my own. I’m disappointed that CDW did not take care of this move. I’m low-key pissed 😑

  I live in a 3 bedroom unit here from April 2024. I chose this place because the location is convenient for my job. Property management creates significant frustration for me over my lease. They demand payment to replace the malfunctioning appliances. The manager came to my apartment once and claimed that I had failed to maintain acceptable cleanliness standards. The example regarding a dirty stove occurred immediately after I had finished cooking, and before I had the opportunity to clean up. Furthermore, the issues with the dishwasher have persisted for three months because management refused to replace the malfunctioning appliance and wanted to hold me responsible or charged for the replacement of standard apartment amenities. Given that I pay $2,400 monthly and have lived here for almost three years, the management's attitude, particularly regarding repair and interactions with my children, has been highly unprofessional. I expect my full security deposit of $2,159.00 to be returned to me upon the expiration of my lease on October 19, 2026, as the apartment has been maintained properly outside of normal wear and tear but the manager is playing game by threatening to used part of my deposit for dishwasher which is not my responsibility. I can't recommend this place, and if you are looking for a place where you will not get value for your money, this is the place for you

  Came here for a tour, and Cierra gave us an amazing visit. I applied right when I got home. Can’t wait to move in.

  This place is good but the staff are lazy to walk the property Issues 1) gates are not working after 6 pm. 2 ) elevator are not working for over a month 3 ) the storages door are dusty No one cares they keep saying we put a order and we keep hearing that for over a month nothing has been done They are happy behind the computer Management needs to do something about it before it will turn out to trashy I can’t wait to my lease up
