Vivo aquí pero la verdad que estoy enfadado porque es primera vez que veo que la mayoría de los parqueos son privados uno no encuentra ni donde estacionarse porque si deja el carro en un lugar donde no es se lo llevar la reca ayer me llevaron mi carro por qué lo deje en un parqueadero donde ya rayas crusadas y todos lo dejan ahí y justo el mio me llevaron uno no va a estar tampoco durmiendo en el carro para poder esperar que alguien salga y estacionarse uno trabaja y viene cansado de trabajar y estar pagando 322 dólares porque eso me cobró donde lo fui a sacar aparte de que uno paga para vivir aquí y el carro registrado

I lived here with my boyfriend(who left a review when we finally got out of this place but now it’s not showing on here..) around 2021ish, and it was the worst housing experience of my life thus far.
Roaches. EVERYWHERE. Mold. Neighbors from the depths of hell. Horrible office staff! Holes!! That went without repair for MONTHS. One shower had a hole in it for a long time and when they finally came out to fix it, they worked on THE WRONG SHOWER.
Our unit flooded and they knocked 6 holes in my closet, 2 in my bathroom, and 3/4 more in my boyfriend’s end of the house. They weren’t repaired for months. Roaches in our dishwasher, stove, FRIDGE!
We suffered so badly in this place, and after staying on them constantly(almost every day) they FINALLY let us out of our lease. If I remember correctly, I had to threaten legal action. We broke our lease, got our free and clear ledger, and never looked back.
BULL DOZE THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND. DO NOT RENT HERE! It will destroy your mental and physical wellbeing. There is literally no way they can fix this complex other than tearing it down. My free and clear ledger is attached as proof I lived here, although they’ll probably delete my review, too.

Give it a zero stars it’s just because you half to give a 1 poor management the girl in the office who answers the phone don’t have any clue as to anything you ask her the manager never wants to take or return calls they hardly ever answer the phones people all times of the night running around outside place is so so dirty every other week there is a water shut off I honestly never seen a complex that has so many bugs in there units they should be paying people to live here this is a example of a rundown motel 6 discusting I plan to report this complex to city of Richland hills they need a major inspection done how they let most of there elderly residents live in such nasty living conditions please don’t ask me to sent you a email or try to resolve this issue if I was Maria I would be so ashamed of where I work for and how I do my residents..and the last night parties people grilling on the patios still dumpsters are filled with trash is this a apt complex or is this a junk yard more for the BUGSS place is discusting

Well when I first moved in it was promising. Would I ever move back....nope. But I'll be honest. Pros...location, relatively quiet and maintenance was prompt and that's basically it. Cons... THE PARKING!!! It is the worst. First off there is limited parking and they never enforced towing of people in striped lines making it difficult to get to walkways. If you get home anytime past 7-8pm, put on your Fitbit because you are gonna get those steps. There is no way all those cars belong to residents. The parking spots are very small. My new truck was dinged and scratched like once a week. Whatever your rent is, tack on another 100+ for water, gas, trash, sewage, pest and admin fees. Speaking of pest fee, we kept our place spotless but there was a constant small roach problem in the kitchen. They charge you for spraying but I feel like they were spraying steroids because those bugs would come back stronger than before. The pools are always over ran by unparented kids and so is the gym. One of the pools is constantly out of service. Getting ahold of someone from the office is almost impossible via email. The email address on the website doesn't even work. After I moved out they sent me a utility bill for 3 months even though I never missed a payment or was late. Again, trying to get ahold of them currently. No response. Save your money and get a mortgage for less. This placed turned me off on apartments forever. Never again.
