  I mailed my payment on 6-30-26 and it did not post, so on 7-13-26 I paid online, my check still has not posted. Know they want to charge me a late fee of 30 dollars. Where is my check and is they trying to make me not use checks?

  on purposely accruing the penalties all the way to $1721 and are malicious and misconduct for falsely charging fees us with the increasing fees to get money from us in a malicious way on purpose. Per the HOA, we missed one payment monthly of $145 back then in 2019 due to HOA company changes (the old HOA NTX Customer Care is replaced by a new HOA Principal Management Group of North Texas so the system missed one auto charge) we believe we paid as we had also set up the auto monthly payment for HOA to withdraw the HOA fee automatically from our bank account each month. But they informed us we missed one payment of $145 due to their own system error. We don't think we missed the payment of $145 but they said we need to contact bank to prove we didn't miss the payment but this is way back in 2017,2016 or 2015 transactions that bank doesn't have any record anymore. then we were told by HOA that we can submit waiver form to waive the $145 plus the penalties and interest and handling fees arising from that. So we kept submitted waive form for so many times in the last 8 years to waive the $145 together with the penalty and interest. HOA always said they are pending for board review for approval but we never received any reply from the board and they just told us to keep submit the waiver forms but due to no replies for the waiver forms submitted now the penalty accrued to around $1721.they are not willing to do anything regarding it and they are on purposely accruing the penalties all the way to $1721 and are malicious and misconduct for falsely charging fees us with the increasing fees to get money from us in a malicious way on purpose. Report them to BBB and Texas general attorney if you have the same worst experience.

  Associa financial statements are inaccurate and require close review for accuracy. I would not recommend this management group.

  Sarah Brown was so patient and caring when I went in to set up my HOA dues on Tuesday, 6/16/2026, for Wildcat Ranch. She was simply fantastic! I told her she needed to win a trip to Hawaii or somewhere because she IS a great representative for the company! She deserves 5+ stars! Deborah Kirvin

This is a large corporation that relies on automated template responses to negative reviews rather than addressing actual community issues, all while the head principal at this location has scrubbed their identity from the internet. Major systemic issues include: * **Failure of Statutory Notice & Communication:** After more than 20 years, the company altered the H.O.A.’s mailing address without providing proper statutory notification to the community. They failed to establish reliable mail forwarding or provide transparent, compliant updates regarding where official correspondence and assessment payments should be directed. Furthermore, official mailings are structured so poorly they closely resemble unsolicited junk mail, leaving essential association information disorganized. * **Ignoring Certified Mail & Legal Notices:** As of July 2026, management is actively ignoring multiple registered letters sent to their office, completely refusing to engage with formal correspondence. * **Unreliable Financial Administration:** There are notable inaccuracies in their accounting practices and homeowner records. They are currently charging miscellaneous accounts fees that do not coincide with the H.O.A. rules filed with Dallas County. * **Negligence Regarding Property Boundaries:** There is a distinct lack of diligence regarding property lines and administrative consistency. Multiple homeowners have received notices demanding maintenance on areas that are actually within the public right-of-way, proving staff fails to cross-reference property lines with common areas. Compounding this, they utilize an inadequate landscaping firm unequipped to handle these intricate spaces. This consistent lack of oversight, basic administrative competence, and weaponization of arbitrary fees feels less like property management and more like corporate bullying.
