  Absolute nightmare trying to get my money back from Principal Management Group. They were quick to charge me a $700 move-out fee in December, but they also illegally withdrew a January payment from my account after I left. For five straight months, I have called them monthly. Every time, a new representative promises the check is in the mail and that they will follow up. It’s now May—no check, no calls, no emails, just constant stalling and incompetence. If you want a management company that actually communicates and doesn't hold your money hostage, look elsewhere.
