  Susan Heinen manages our HOA and she does a fantastic job. Things get done Quickly and Efficiently, she is an asset. As our our HOA representatives, it’s all volunteer but they are tireless in their efforts to take care of the complex appropriately.

  This is the absolute worst organization anyone can have manage their community. It would explain the historical civil suits against them and their most current out of Dallas. If anyone wants to look it up it's DC-26-11585. Anyone can see the lawsuit against them...The typical lack of action in correcting deficiencies and I'm certain in there - there is a mismanagement of funds.

  I serve on the Board of a community managed by Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas and work directly with Marcus Currie, our Community Manager. Marcus has been helpful in working with our Board on a variety of community issues. I appreciate his willingness to listen, work through problems, and help us find solutions. He is professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the working relationship we have developed with him.

  I was president of our HOA board when I recommended this group to replace our old management group, based on my knowledge of Associa. What a massively regrettable mistake that was. They started out decent, but have completely gone downhill and are a massive disappointment after a couple of years. They don't respond to anything in a timely manner whether it's through email or Town Sq. They close out requests in TownSq when they claim to have taken action on them, not when the issue is actually resolved. This is likely so they can maintain a metric of how quickly items are closed, so it's extremely dishonest to keep closing tickets when no resolution has been provided. Once they close the ticket, any comment you make will not be seen, so you have to open a new ticket, which will again be closed without resolution and a claim from them that they'll "follow up" on it. I'm embarrassed that I ever recommended our community to work with them and only hope I can now warn others to find anyone else to work with.

  I mailed my payment on 6-30-26 and it did not post, so on 7-13-26 I paid online, my check still has not posted. Know they want to charge me a late fee of 30 dollars. Where is my check and is they trying to make me not use checks?
