  **please read before moving!!** and go get a tour before, alwayssss. 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 This was one of my top picks of apts from a list I had (from seeing pictures of this place online) So, I went to go get a tour yesterday. Nice office staff (forgot her name, sorry) .. I was doing a walk through of the model home. I was loving the place minus the fact that the washer and dryer are smack dab in between the kitchen AND dining area WITH NO DOOR!? So it’s just an Open area or kitchen, washer and dryer and where your dining table would be.. all connected together?! 🤣 That really threw me off lol. So, anyways point of the review here! I started opening the cabinet drawers of the MODEL HOME kitchen cabinets.. Lo AND BEHOLD, a roach!! 🪳 crawling around coming to say hi! 🤣 I couldn’t stop laughing!! I turned around and said just FYI there’s a roach in the kitchen.. she gave me back my ID so fast and said “okay, thank you.” 😭 lol Never in my life hahahah

  Pues puras fallas tengo 1 semana con que no pueden arreglar el aire tengo votes capiando el agua luego tedisen un precio 1500 de renta cuando entras y después son 2000 dosmil tecobran asta por ela gua qué llueve la jente entra y sale porque la neta mantenimiento nomas no los veo la neta no les recomiendo aquí cada mes la renta telasuven cada mes exageradamente espero agan algo al respecto los dueños porque la jente no dura por eso por el mal trato dela oficina y porque cuando entras tedas un precio y al mes siguiente otro

  I hope the new management can turn this place around or at least be here long enough to fix all the previous problems its not a bad apartment complex it just need transparency and communication across the board (honest people)
