  I’ve been living at Estates of Richardson for 7 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick, and the community is clean and quiet. The location is super convenient too. Highly recommend!

  I've been living at Estates of Richardson for the last 4 years, the amenities are great and it's in a really good location. If you're a student looking for something near campus it's only about 5 minutes away and it's got grocery stores and restaurants within the same zone.

  I moved into the Estates of Richardson 2 years ago and I'm still here. That should tell you all you need to know. Clean, quiet, tons of amenities, and a killer location with everything you could possibly need <10 min away. You really can't ask for more.

  We had an amazing experience living here! The management team was fantastic throughout our stay, always responsive and quick to resolve any issues we had. The location is perfect, just minutes from UTD, which made commuting to campus so convenient. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are great, plenty of activities and spaces to relax or hang out with friends. Maintenance requests were handled fast, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful.

  I’ve been living at Estates of Richardson for the past year, and it’s been a great experience. The community is always clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management does a good job keeping the property in excellent condition, and the amenities are well cared for. One of my favorite things is how spacious the homes are and the amount of open space throughout the community. It’s perfect for taking walks, whether in the morning or evening, and the neighborhood has a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I would definitely recommend Estates of Richardson to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained community with great amenities and plenty of space to enjoy.
