  A nice and peaceful place to live. Safe, quiet, and comfortable. Only 4 min drive to UTD. If you are a student or a staff there, it’s a perfect choice.

  We have been living here for over a year and I have to say we love it. The staff is super nice all the time and the maintenance always ensures the satisfaction of all the renters and making sure everything is up to par. The amenities the apartment has is also really great. Will definitely continue to stay here as it is a beautiful apartment complex.

  I’ve had a really positive experience with the services provided through Amenify at Estates of Richardson. The team has always been responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The services are convenient, reliable, and have genuinely made everyday living much easier. I’d definitely recommend taking advantage of the Amenify services - they add great value and make the overall living experience in the community even better.

  One of the best apartments I’ve lived in so far. Clean, excellent amenities, and timely responses to maintenance requests — everything you could ask for. The management team is helpful and does a great job maintaining a safe and clean environment.

  Really enjoyed living at Estates of Richardson! The community is clean, quiet, and feels safe. Management is responsive and maintenance is quick, which makes a big difference. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live—would definitely recommend!
