Shariz was extremely helpful and professional.
She went above and beyond to provide the document I urgently needed.
Even though the company was sending me to the county office to get it myself, she managed to find it and delivered it. That shows commitment and responsibility.
She made the difference and my family and I deeply appreciate it.
We need more people like her in todays world , those who truly care about the client and its needs.
Thank you very much Shariz!
Five stars are not enough to evaluate you.

Diana Hapita was polite and kind. She offered an alternative solution to help with my HOA documents.
Update - With time passing and still not receiving our documents, it appears we were misinformed last week. We are frustrated with this process, as it should be simple to receive our HOA documents that we paid nearly $300 for. Just speculating, but it seems like we were told what we wanted to hear in order for the team to receive a good Google review, which they requested we do last week after our first conversation. Very unhappy with this experience.

Called Community Archives for an order status update and the process to possibly expedite my order. Diana was so helpful, patient and professional. She understood the issue and worked to resolve it within the available options. What a pleasure to work with! I look forward to receiving my order as per our resolution. Thank you, Diana!

All I can say is "Aundray,"Aundray,"Aundray,!!! This woman was a God send, I am a loan processor and we needed one last document clear the file for closing. I explained that the 3rd party company messed up our entire order and our borrower was livid! I reached out to Aundray and she came to the rescue. We were literally on the brink of loosing this deal (thousands of dollars) and did what she didn't even have to do. God bless her, and GIVE HER A RAISE/PROMOTION, she deserves it! She had so much patience with me while I was in the middle of this crisis. Truly exemplary service! Cheers to you dear!
