  Spoke to Jemimah at Community Archives today. She was a GREAT HELP in getting an issue taken care of. I am selling a house as trustee of the estate and needed to pay transfer fees for an HOA. She answered all my questions, sent me a link to pay and helped resolve the situation.

  I ordered my client's HOA documents perhaps a bit late for the review. However, when I reached out to Community Archives I was fortunate to have Jemimah from customer service assist me with my HOA order. Thanks to Jemimah I was able to receive the docs early and intact. All thanks to Jemimah's expert help. Thank you again.

  I needed some help today with data on the condo association. Honestly, I was afraid that I will not get it at all or that will get it a week from now. Spoke to Kristine and Faith and these ladies have been great. Helped me out within an hour of me talking to them. They did awesome and I really appreciate all their help.

  As a mortgage professional there are few things I dislike more than having to deal with condo/HOA management companies to obtain property documentation. Getting in touch with someone is challenging, and actually getting assistance even harder. I was pleasantly surprised today during my interaction with Community Archives. They were pleasant, helpful, and just the complete opposite of what I normally experience.

  This recommendation is for Ms. Krizzia Gapatan with whom I interacted on Friday 9/25/2026. The resale payoff package indicated that I have paid HOA dues until 9/30/2026 while I did pay for entire 2026. So, I needed a credit in my ULTA. The closing agent needed proof; I called Community Archives and spoke with Ms. Gapatan. She is very customer oriented, took time to listen to me and she resolved the issue same day. And she did call me back to follow up. This is rare to receive such a great customer service instead of spending hours (listening to free music) and run around with no result. Ms. Krizzia is fantastic, good listener, and very helpful to customers.
