  Jem was very helpful in answering my questions regarding HOA requirements for a subdivision in which I was listing a property. To my unexpected surprise, she answered the phone right away. She answered the questions that she could at the time and told me she would get back to me with information regarding those for which she didn't have answers. She promptly called me the next morning with all of the information I needed. Very refreshing - thanks Jem!

  5 stars for Jessa Sosa, specifically!! She went above and beyond in helping me with a situation that was the fault of another party. I can't express how understanding and eager to help she was. She played a big part in saving a closing!!! I write this as former escrow assistant, so I've worked with MANY companies on HOA documents. Her service is one I will remember for a long time.   Chynna Alarcon was so nice and extremely helpful in helping get my documents expedited. She explained everything and stayed on phone with me to make sure I was able to place my order and she even waited until she saw my payment went through.

  Jemmiah was so kind! I was struggling to pay an HOA community archives bill that was Important to closing on my home. When I went on the site to pay, I wasn’t allowed to access The information. Fortunately she answered the phone and sent me a link to where I could pay!! It was a close call as delay would have interfered with closing date. She is truly a JEM! Her mom named her correctly. If you are reading this…. Thank you sweet one🩷
