  The team here is 1 of a kind, absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Vianey and Virgina were outstanding when it came to all my questions and concerns about the apartments and the leasing process. Great people to have on the team.

  Third floor is very hot in hot weather all Summer. When outside is 105 inside home is 80-82. AC is not working properly.İt is either construction problem or apartment is using small AC units. I complained to the Richardson City Code but they told me they can give tickets only if AC goes to 85. We gave a lot of work orders but they are saying AC is working properly. I am paying 240 electricity bill for 2 bed 2 bath. I used to pay 160 electricity bill for 5 room house. AC is working 7/24 non stop but not effective. Pool is very dirty we never used whole Summer. Floor is very thin, you can feel shaking when walking.

  The whole team here is awesome and the property looks fantastic! They are always offering great deals and have the best customer service/maintenance team. Love this place!

  They advertise a splash pad, yet it hasn’t worked for 3+ years. They just put a new coat of paint on it, and they still can’t say when it will actually be repaired and functioning. The dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing, yet they REQUIRE you to pay $28 a month for valet trash AND a monthly trash fee of $13.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Breckinridge Point Apartments. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and conveniently located, but what truly stands out is the incredible staff. A special thank you to Vianey, Janneth, and Virginia for always being so professional, kind, and responsive. I recently dealt with an HVAC issue over a couple of weeks, and the team handled every request I submitted right away. Whenever I had to submit an emergency repair request, the maintenance team showed up within an hour—they are pretty good, very experienced, and the technician who came out was wonderful, incredibly helpful, and got everything fixed just as I needed. Ultimately, management went above and beyond by replacing the old HVAC unit with a brand-new one, and everything is working perfectly now. Overall, everything is great here; my only suggestion would be to fix the entrance gate so all residents can feel fully secure and maintain better privacy for the community. I highly recommend Breckinridge Point to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live with a team that truly takes care of you!
