  I came out to tour this property and was pleased with what I saw. The area was great, home and hallways were kept clean. It definitely stood out as a place to be for this area.

  This is the worst apartment. My normal usage used to be 400 kwh to 550 kwh per month but after moving to Anthem Cityline - the power usage raised to 800 kwh. Am using the same Rhythm provider from past 1.5yr, it served me well - the plan is same. Looks like there is a leakage in the power. Something within apartment is consuming the power. I was away from 1st July to 5th July - yet I see in the smart meter website that there is a usage noted. I was been charged double. It shows in smartmeter when I was not there at home - there are 3 spikes (1:30AM, 11am, 8:30 PM) noticed which clearly shows that there is a leakage or my unit OR Is there a chance that my unit power is connected to some device outside my unit? When I asked the leasing office is very rude and asked me to check with City of Richardson. Never lease this apartment. Update: I mailed the manager on the same day of receiving the reply via this review but didn't receive any acknowledgement nor any response from the manager.

  I lived here for 4 years (2022-2026) and LOVED my experience here. This maintenance staff is the best in the world! For every work order I put in, they were at my door the following day ready to fix the issue. They are kind and considerate! The neighborhood is very safe. I lived alone and felt safe walking in the park, walking to the store, local restaurants, etc. My car was safe in the garage and I never had any theft or break-ins. The valet trash service is very dependable! The pool is beautiful and the gym was always clean. Of course when living in an apartment complex you can have the occasional noisy neighbor, cars revving their engines in the garage, elevator maintenance, etc. but I still give this place 5 stars! All my expectations were met and the maintenance staff truly made this place feel like home.

  Assistant Manager Anthony is the definition of a great manager! So kind and professional. He’s the type of person you want representing a company. I’m big on management because I’ve been at places with bad management and he’s the real deal! Anthem has great floor plans. Great amenities. And it’s such a pretty area! Very safe! I’m big on safety! And there’s so many restaurants and a farmers market! It’s great!

  I recently toured this apartment community and had a great experience from start to finish. The leasing agent, Liz, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. She did a great job explaining the different floor plans, pricing, and amenities. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the model unit I toured was beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. I really liked the modern finishes and how spacious everything felt. Liz explained to me that the unit I inquired about was not the same as the model, but still gave me the opportunity to look around for myself which I loved. The amenities, like the pool, fitness center, and common areas, looked inviting and well cared for. Overall, Liz was a great communicator and did a fantastic job on my tour. It’s clear that she takes pride in the community, and I would definitely consider living here based on this experience.
