  Do Not Move Here especially if you have small babies. These apts have MOLD growing and they don’t do anything about it. I moved units bc of mold… and they moved me to a new unit and within 6 months I noticed Mold again. I have tried many times to have this problem fix, but I’m just going in circles with them. This is so dangerous for our health especially for my kids & the fact that they don’t care enough should tell you enough about these apartments. This is something that should have been fixed within days, I’m going on a month trying to have this fixed. And still nothing, I will be calling the health department bc I know for a fact I’m not the only person with mold here.

  I love living here! Q is absolutely wonderful! She helped me tremendously and went above and beyond to help me secure the unit and set up everything that was needed as well! She’s patient, kind, understanding, and truly cares. The costumer service you will receive is phenomenal and unlike any other leasing situation I’ve dealt with. They want to help and want to make it work! Q and Nyla provided a sense of community from the moment I spoke to them and walked into the leasing office. If anything they make it so much more worth living here!

  I wish I could leave a better review but this is crazy to have dysfunctional communication. Is completely sad. I left for the military in 2025 April and been wait for months to receive my deposit. Iv been calling and communicating for months.I finally got in contact with management and was told it would be processed. I sent all paperwork in Jan 2026. Called office and the office worker confirmed it was being sent and would take 30 to 48 days and that I would receive an email which I asked for the confirm this information to my command. It’s know the end of March and iv asked for a corporate number many time or at-least an email to verify it’s being sent and yet nothing .For the last two month iv gotten no reply or call back why is it I have to get the run around when iv been nothing but understanding this whole time. But yet I can’t even get an email or call back so that I can give my command an update this is crazy .
