- FBFenecia BrooksAug 25, 20261.0Anyone else experiencing extremely high electricity bills due to the faulty ac unit over working? I call for maintenance and keep getting told there’s nothing wrong. I stay in the 3bedroom unit and paying a $800+ electricity bill every month for excessive usage. The only thing that’s run in my apartment is the AC. No help provided just a couple maintenance requests being marked as completed but still the same problem.
- VGVicky GutierrezJun 29, 20261.0Do Not Move Here especially if you have small babies. These apts have MOLD growing and they don’t do anything about it. I moved units bc of mold… and they moved me to a new unit and within 6 months I noticed Mold again. I have tried many times to have this problem fix, but I’m just going in circles with them. This is so dangerous for our health especially for my kids & the fact that they don’t care enough should tell you enough about these apartments. This is something that should have been fixed within days, I’m going on a month trying to have this fixed. And still nothing, I will be calling the health department bc I know for a fact I’m not the only person with mold here.
- MHMadisyn HawkeJun 10, 20265.0I love living here! Q is absolutely wonderful! She helped me tremendously and went above and beyond to help me secure the unit and set up everything that was needed as well! She’s patient, kind, understanding, and truly cares. The costumer service you will receive is phenomenal and unlike any other leasing situation I’ve dealt with. They want to help and want to make it work! Q and Nyla provided a sense of community from the moment I spoke to them and walked into the leasing office. If anything they make it so much more worth living here!
