  From start to finish Carson was amazing. I found and closed on my perfect find in 18 days. I did have a learning curve on a new build but Carson and the contractor were able to bring me up to speed. They sent out crews for everything and each one showed me with details what to do. If I found a problem they immediately came to repair it or explained user error. I love the community and I’m grateful to God I chose Ashford Crossing.

  We had a great experience purchasing our first home! Our sales representative, Nicholas, was excellent! His communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. Our builder manager, Randy, was also outstanding. He made sure everything was right with our home before closing and kept us well-informed along the way. We absolutely love our home! It’s beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

  Carson has been absolutely amazing throughout our entire home buying process. From day one, he took the time to explain every step in a clear and detailed way, making sure we fully understood everything before moving forward. His patience really stood out—no matter how many questions we had, he always made himself available and never rushed us. He has also been incredibly accommodating with scheduling, whether it was coordinating house visits or working around our availability. That level of flexibility made a stressful process feel much smoother and more manageable. Overall, Carson went above and beyond to make this experience positive for us. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help truly set him apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better builder representative and would highly recommend him to anyone going through the home buying process.

  Recently purchased a home here. Brandon was our sales rep during the process and he was absolutely excellent the entire time! Extremely informative and communicative throughout the whole process. Buying a home means loads of questions and he was able to answer each and every one. After the sales process, our construction manager Alexis continued the excellent support and made sure we were comfortable settling into our new home. He was here for us anytime we had post sale questions. We love our home and highly recommend asking for Brandon & Alexis when checking out this nice community!
