  This apartment complex is a joke. The apartment under me had like 8 people living in a one bedroom apartment, the amount of usage of plumbing under me flooded my apartment. Because ya know when something can't go down, it goes up. They tried to stick me with the cost of fixing it while I was pregnant. They wouldn't fix my apartment and got mad when I broke my lease but it was unhabitable and I told them in advance. They now think I owe them $5k 🤣 moral of the story, take your business elsewhere. I can't wait to see the reply and how they try to turn it back on me. They're good at that. Also, you ain't getting a dime out of me. We could've worked it out like adults but you wouldn't shut your mouth so I could speak so here we are.
