  Hidden Cockroaches Problem, Now Charged!. Don’t come to Villas of Preston Creek! Worst management. • We moved into this apartment with a roach problem already present, and the issue has continued ever since. • We raised the request when we saw the cockroaches on 06/12/24, which was right after our move-in on 05/25/24. • We moved within the same community, not from outside, so this was not a new problem caused by us. • Communication with residents has been poor and confusing, and important follow-ups were not clearly handled. After the 04/24 inspection or treatment, we were never told that a follow-up inspection or treatment was required for more than 30 days. We are living with kids here. • We were physically present on the scheduled follow-up dates, but no technician came or contacted us after the 06/05 treatment. The apartment shared follow-up proof, and they clearly said it was cleared out. • The latest treatment still did not solve the issue, and I am attaching a current cockroach photo as proof that the problem is still ongoing. • What is most disappointing is that management never seemed to truly worry about the residents or the condition we were living in. • Instead of fixing the problem properly, they delayed action, shared a couple of follow-up confirmations, but there was still no difference with the cockroach issue, and then charged us for an issue that already existed

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been living here in VPC from last 4 years. Margarita Figueredo (Maggi) at Villas of Preston Creek provided an exceptional leasing experience. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions promptly and made leasing my new apartment smooth and stress-free.   I have been living at Villas of Preston Creek for the past 1.5 years, and my experience has been wonderful. One of the biggest reasons is the exceptional support and service provided by the leasing office team. I would especially like to recognize and give a huge shout out to Margarita Figueredo, who consistently goes above and beyond to help residents. Whenever I have encountered an issue or needed assistance, she has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to getting things resolved quickly. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about resident satisfaction, and her dedication truly makes a difference. The entire community is well-maintained, and the management team works hard to ensure residents have a positive living experience. Knowing that concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly provides great peace of mind.

  i came in to charge my phone the lady that won at the leasing office was rude . She interrogated me on me just coming in to charge my phone the suspicion is valid . But the way she approached me and her tone and the fact she didny ask me is there anything i can help you with ? or anything just “ why are you in here ? you don’t live here etc when the leasing office is public . felt accusatory and weirdly hostile. i would work on a better approach to addressing things and customer service

  Terrible experience. Bad business. They need to have their leasing agents put back in training so they can give correct and accurate information. Gosh.. your professionalism after the fact is nauseating. These facts would’ve been helpful before I was given a bunch of wrong information.
