- ATALTN - Richardson ,TXSep 4, 20262.0sadly, us residents have been WITHOUT hot water for over 4 days. When asked about compensation, there has been no response. The AC goes out every other week, They hole there cards about what is wrong while placing bandaids over major problems. The latest bandaid was whatever was wrong with the plumbing that they were not taking care of. Resulting in the property being without hot water foor almost a full work week. NO WORDS ON COMPENSATION. DO NOT TOUR OR MOVE HERE

I want to be fair and say that Christina has been great. I’ve personally had no issues with her, and she has always been pleasant and helpful. My concerns are strictly with the ongoing pest problem and the pest control service. I understand that management is in the process of getting a new pest control company, but this situation is ridiculous. I’ve reported the issue, yet the problem continues. What really frustrated me was seeing pest control come into my apartment and place a roach tablet underneath my bathroom rug. I’m sorry, but I could’ve done that myself. That does not feel like an adequate solution to an ongoing infestation. I’ve only been here ONE month and shouldn’t already be having to deal with this. I really hope the new pest control company is able to properly address the problem because this has become extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. Christina has been great, but the pest control situation needs to be handled seriously and urgently. I don’t recommend this complex to anyone, unless you’re comfortable living with roaches, etc.
