  Avoid surprises when moving out. Management ignored legitimate concerns, including pre-existing damage documented with photos, and never responded to follow-ups. Maintenance issues may be blamed on tenants, and communication is consistently unprofessional, perhaps one of the worst I have experienced. Update after response from owner*******5/4/2026 We appreciate your response here, but we would like to clarify that we made multiple attempts to reach out via email regarding this dispute unfortunately , those efforts were consistently ignored. Due to the lack of communication, we ended up paying the full amount, including the disputed charges, just to close the matter. If there is a genuine intention to resolve this, we request that you review the disputed amount and send a refund accordingly, or reach out to us directly. You already have all of our contact details on file. At this point, this public response does not reflect the experience we had during the actual process.

  I cant say enough about office member Christopher at Saxony at Chase oaks. I wanted to highlight how quickly you resolve any issue that may arise most recently lost package. Your proactive communication and willingness to address issues efficiently have made living at Saxony a wonderful experience. It is clear that you genuinely care about your residents and the upkeep of the property. My self and son are lucky to have you, and I wanted to ensure your hard work was recognized. Thank you again for your efforts.

  Lived here for a year and nobody should live here. Our unit had old, weak appliances, shoddy cabinetry and paint work, and worst of all was the persistent German roach problem we had while we lived there, literally from day one, before we moved anything into the unit. Our dishwasher was absolutely infested with them and management didn't bother replacing it when we brought it up to them and showed them how gross it was. Pest control was ineffective and we generally didn't really feel a sense of urgency from management to address our concerns. I could go on and on but I'll let the pictures do the talking. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a cleaner place with better management. Living in this filth isn't worth the headache.
