  I love living here. The staff are always helpful, and Nicole is great. My only complaint is the trash situation. There's only one dumpster for 24 building, and the trash policy is very strict. I have had no problem with pests or anything like that! Staff does a great job of spraying for pests and maintaining the community. Overall great place to live

  Eurique did a great job! He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He fixed my bathroom issues quickly and was very polite and respectful. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone in the community!

  We have lived in this community for 8 years. Over the years, I’ve seen the maintenance staff change time and again. When I first moved in, the service team was fantastic. I truly did NOT want to write a negative review, but the current maintenance team and office staff are so unimaginably bad and unresponsive that I am forced to leave this 1-star review. Our bathroom door lock is out of order, making daily life extremely inconvenient. Here is the nightmare process I’ve been through: Mon, 8/17: Called the office 4 times throughout the day to request maintenance. NO ONE ANSWERED. Fri, 8/21: Spoke to a female staff member who was extremely rude and impatient. She claimed she "put in an order" but couldn't care less about when anyone would come. No one showed up on that day. Mon, 8/24: Called again and spoke to Robert, who confirmed that THE PREVIOUS FEMALE STAFF MEMBER NEVER EVEN SUBMITTED THE WORK ORDER. Absolutely zero accountability. Robert placed a new order but still had no idea when anyone would come. Nobody showed up Monday or Tuesday. Wed, 8/26: Spoke to Megan, who promised and GUARANTEED that maintenance would come THAT DAY. Another lie. No one showed up Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. It has been TWO WEEKS since my initial request, and a full week of waiting after being lied to repeatedly by different office staff. This shows they don’t plan to come to fix the issue. Ignored phone calls, fake promises, rude attitudes, and zero follow-through. If you are considering renting here, beware—this is how they treat a loyal 8-year resident!

  Enrique is so professional and a hard worker. His smile and friendliness is welcoming and makes it comfortable to have him providing service in your home. He's efficient, works fast and neat, and explains clearly what he's doing if you ask questions. He replaced a toilet in my apartment and I was pleased with the entire experience. He's a great person to have on the team. He really did go over and beyond to make sure he took care of our living space.
