  Enrique is so professional and a hard worker. His smile and friendliness is welcoming and makes it comfortable to have him providing service in your home. He's efficient, works fast and neat, and explains clearly what he's doing if you ask questions. He replaced a toilet in my apartment and I was pleased with the entire experience. He's a great person to have on the team. He really did go over and beyond to make sure he took care of our living space.

  A truly wonderful residential complex. The staff at the complex's office are exceptionally pleasant and helpful—especially Petrina, whose manner with people is delightful and who assisted me greatly. Thank you.

  Petrina was AMAZING!!! When my husband and I came in this morning for our tour, she made us feel extremely welcomed. She answered all our questions and concerns. She made me want to move in right then and there. We immediately sent in our applications as soon as we got home.

  Old apartments with old appliances and the worst management. As a resident, I was very disappointed with our move-out experience. We gave proper notice, cleaned the apartment thoroughly, and even recorded a room-by-room video showing the apartment was left in good condition. Despite this, we were still charged hundreds of dollars. Communication throughout the process was frustrating, and I would not recommend this community based on our experience.

  Never rent this place. My move-out experience was a nightmare. I gave proper notice, cleaned the apartment, and even provided a room-by-room video showing it was left in good condition. Despite that, I was charged hundreds of dollars, and the balance was eventually sent to collections. In my opinion, this is not a place I would recommend to anyone. Old apartments with the worst management. Update: The owner replied asking me to contact them, but I had already contacted the office numerous times by email, provided a detailed room-by-room move-out video, and spent weeks trying to resolve the charges before the balance was sent to collections. Unfortunately, despite my repeated efforts, the issue was never resolved, and I had to pay the collection agency, including an additional collection fee. worst management worst place 😡
