  Prestonwood Hills Apartments have been our home for over 5 years and counting. The staff and maintenance are fantastic. Very caring and friendly. Quickly responding to questions and concerns. Clean grounds and pool area are all clean. Workout facilities are keep up with plenty of equipment. Overall stays quiet and comfortable. Plenty of parking and neighborhood is great!

  Just one week after immigrating to the U.S., we found Prestonwood Hills. Janaya and manager Asya warmly welcomed our family. Although our English was very poor, Janaya patiently helped us resolve every single issue, and we successfully moved in. Janaya's help made us feel accepted and respected. Prestonwood Hills is our first home in the U.S., and the residents here are extremely friendly—we've even made new friends. We just renewed our lease for this home, and we thank God for letting us meet such wonderful people!

  I had a great experience touring Preston Wood Hills! Asya was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the tour. The apartments were clean, well-maintained, and had a really nice overall atmosphere. I’m definitely considering Preston Wood Hills and would recommend checking it out!

  I just moved in and leasing office consultant Janaya really helped me a lot, she made the entire moving process as easy and comfortable as possible. I work all the time, so Janaya and the manager Asya were constantly in touch and answered a million of my questions, and they helped tremendously. The property is very nice and clean, the neighbors are pleasant. What I really love is the high ceilings and the large bathtubs, everything is updated and good quality.
