  Moved here a few months ago. I was looking for quality facilities but also a community for 55+ that was positive, energetic and friendly. Thanks to the staff and in particular Tina & Steve from @Apartment Life for creating programs and activities that support fellowship, friendship and community.

  Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She was friendly, professional, and listened attentively to all of my questions. She made me feel welcome throughout the tour. Mariposa at Communications Parkway is a beautiful, well-maintained community with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Stephanie and this community! 👏🏻💯⭐️

  Heather is doing a great job she is kind and willing to assist and help you. Tina and Steve are great and making this happy place with lots of activities. Will continue to pray for peace and unity a happy place for us to live.

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation for our Resident Event Coordinators, Steve and Tina Medlock. They are truly making a difference in our community through their exceptional customer service, genuine care, and concern for all of the residents. I have lived here for over a year, and there have been many changes during that time. However, this couple has worked incredibly hard to make our community a much nicer place to live. They bring residents together through a variety of enjoyable activities and events, including meet-and-greets for new residents, monthly birthday celebrations, Friendsgiving dinners in November, Christmas parties, cookouts, karaoke nights, game nights, and weekly programs that address important medical and wellness topics. Not only do they thoughtfully plan these events, but they also provide wonderful food and create opportunities for residents to build friendships and feel connected. Their dedication and enthusiasm help foster a true sense of community. I would also like to recognize our management team, Heather and Kayla, as well as our maintenance technician, Jose, and our housekeeper, Donata. Their hard work, kindness, and commitment contribute greatly to making this a pleasant place to call home. For all of these individuals, I am deeply thankful. Their efforts do not go unnoticed, and they deserve recognition for the positive impact they have on the lives of the residents they serve each day.
