I’ve truly loved my experience living here! One of the biggest reasons has been the incredible office staff and the genuine care they show to residents.
Rolando is absolutely amazing as the office manager. He is professional, attentive, understanding, and always goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. You can tell he truly cares about creating a positive living experience for residents and keeping the community running smoothly. Every interaction with him has been pleasant, and his leadership really sets the tone for the property.
Jenny is also such a sweetheart and has been so kind and welcoming from the beginning. She always greets residents warmly, is patient, helpful, and makes people feel seen and valued. You can genuinely feel her heart for people, and I’ve really appreciated the relationship I’ve developed with her over time.
Josh has been wonderful as well and is always on top of things whenever I need assistance, especially with print requests or questions. He’s responsive, dependable, and always willing to help with a great attitude.
I also really appreciate the resident events the team puts together. They’re always thoughtful and create such a nice sense of community. It’s clear the staff puts effort into making this more than just an apartment complex.
Overall, I’m truly grateful for my experience here and for a team that consistently shows professionalism, kindness, and care toward their residents.
I would not recommend living here and here’s why:
-“Luxury Living” and you’re paying a price point that would reflect that BUT everything in the home is falling apart and no one is willing to work with you to get maintenance to fix your problems. Vinyl cabinets are peeling all throughout the apartment, baseboards of cabinets also peeling, door handles missing upon move in, door handles rip out when you try to close the closet door, yard gates don’t align so they don’t close or lock. I’ve attached pictures of all of this.
-Jenny is not actually helpful and she’s unfortunately running the place. she was nice when i originally toured but now seems very disinterested, not personable, and unhelpful. Literally a few minutes ago, I went into the office to ask where the dumpsters were located so I could dispose of furniture properly. Joshua went to ask Jenny where I should dispose of it, she looks up at me from her computer through her glass office (with a scowl), and says to him “she can’t dispose of that here, she needs to put it elsewhere.” not even willing to help me figure it out when 1) people have disposed of their furniture in the dumpsters since I’ve moved in here and 2) when they stopped putting the dumpsters out, people continued to leave their furniture where the dumpsters used to be. she didn’t even offer to allow a paying resident to have access to her building’s dumpsters to dispose of something properly. every single complex i’ve lived in has always had a designated area for disposing of furniture because ITS A LIVING SPACE AND PEOPLE NEED TO GET RID OF THINGS WHILE LIVING HERE OR MOVING IN/OUT.
-communication is horrible. i’m going on month 2-3 of trying to get maintenance scheduled in my home. i get it scheduled with the office, they don’t show up on the day i’ve gone out of my way to make myself available (they only work m-f 8-5 while i am working my own full time job), it takes days or weeks to get any type of answer from the office on why they didn’t show and when I can get them scheduled again, and this is a reoccurring cycle.
-police are always here. i once saw jenny walking through the courtyard with 8 plano pd officers (im not even being dramatic), they put a police camera unit on property for a few weeks then it was gone, and it constantly smells like weed (at least in building 2) at all hours every single day.
-cockroaches are literally everywhere y’all. i was once in the middle of a shower and felt something on my foot. i thought it was hair, looked down to find A ROACH. but we pay extra every month for “pest control.”
-the people they use for trash valet are hit or miss. they just won’t come some days they are suppose to or they will randomly decide to not pick up certain people’s trash for whatever reason. i thought it was just me dealing with it, but after walking through the halls i noticed people leaving signs out for the trash people saying “do your job and pick up the trash”
-i pay over $1900 for a 1B/1B on the first floor in this “luxury living” complex. i will definitely NOT be renewing when my lease ends, and the complex i will be moving into is the same exact amount for 2B/2B with 2 yard areas directly by the airport, downtown grapevine and grapevine mills mall + more amenities. make it make sense.
-UPDATE: we were notified that the coffee machine (amenity we pay for) has broken beyond repair. then we were informed that the machine they chose to replace it with will “allow” residents 10 complimentary cups of coffee per month, like we didn’t just receive free coffee whenever with the previous machine. they sent that info out like it was exciting. i know some neighbors that used that coffee machine every morning before work.
-UPDATE: we were just notified today that the parking garage gate is broken beyond repair and that they can’t afford (get approved) the amount it takes to properly replace it.
-Joshua is extremely nice, always greets you with a smile, is always professional, and does what he can to be helpful, but he can only do so much.

I would not recommend anyone to move into this complex. I really enjoyed living here for the first few months, but over the past few, I've had more and more issues pile up, and it has become quite frustrating.
Upon move in, my storage closet was missing a handle. I immediately included it in my move-in inventory that I turned in, and entered a maintenance request for it. The maintenance team never showed up regardless of how many times I logged an issue. When I reached out to management, they informed me that they wouldn't enter the apartment due to my dogs being lose, even though I put the only lose one in the bathroom where no maintenance should've been completed. It's been almost 3 continuous months of me trying to get a time scheduled with management where I am present in the home for maintenance to fix my issues that have also been piling up within this time frame. Every time I get something scheduled, no one actually shows up. When I reach out t figure out what has happened, I don't get a response for multiple day-a week. They will say things like "we will update you on this by Tuesday" then never respond with an update until you've sent in multiple follow up emails just to get one response, and that is a recurring cycle.
I want to list the maintenance issues I've experienced in my apartment (that have yet to be fixed) so you understand what you are paying for in a "luxury living" apartment. My cabinets in my kitchen and bathroom are PEELING off. I don't mean like little pieces picking off, I mean the entire vinyl surface of the cabinet peeling away and falling off. I've got them sticking on to the cabinet with tape right now. I went to close my closet door a few weeks ago, and one handle just completely ripped out of the door leaving massive screw damaged holes. The gate that attached my yard to my neighbors doesn't close completely due to the alignments, so it doesn't lock either. My previous neighbor had multiple dogs that they would just leave out there, so when I'd let mine out, they'd immediately try to fight through the gate and push into my yard, and it was left to ME to separate fighting dogs and try to close to the gate myself. The missing handle on my storage closet is still missing from my move in from August of 2025.
The amenities are a high sell when you are touring the property, but they don't live up to the hype at all. The gym has a great aesthetic, but isn't very functional. The outdoor turf area is great, but I am woken up at 6-7 AM before my alarm every morning due to someone working out with the giant ropes, or flipping the tire weight and letting both bang on the ground. The indoor gym area doesn't have multiple basic machines such as a leg press, hyperextension machine, etc. The benches are constantly being fought over, as there's only one bench for the free weight area and one for the indoor rack. People leave indoor items in the outdoor turf area all the time, and weather has affected those items. The pool becomes crowded quickly and easily. It's also nuzzled in such a small courtyard in building 1 (with four stories), so sun exposure can be slim and fleeting. We just received an email today about them replacing the coffee machine amenity. The email stated (excitedly) that the new machine will allow residents only 10 complimentary cups of coffee a month, where as residents used the previous one whenever they liked. I know some neighbors who used it every morning before work. People also use the courtyard at all hours of the night (grill and pizza oven are located there), and I've heard it's the same with the pool area in the other building. Valet trash is hit or miss. There are some days where you won't get your trash picked up without any notice of them not coming. The valet trash company they use is also extremely lazy and will just refuse to collect people's trash randomly for whatever reason they deem fit.
ROACHES EVERYWHERE, ROACHES EVERYWHERE.
Joshua is the only person in the front office that is professional and helpful.

Yall Listen!!!! Before I moved in, I know I got on these people nerves. lol. I called about 20 times just trying to confirm things. Every single time I called, Jen was there. She never rushed me, she answered questions I didn’t even think of. I was so worried about my move and they made this process sooooooo easy. I literally wanted to move in right after my tour. The complex is BEAUTIFUL. You can tell they take pride in the property. If you are looking for a place…,,Please stop by! You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve lived here since they opened a couple years back and I’ve never had a bad experience, if I need help with something someone comes by same day and fixes any issues and everyone is so sweet 10/10 love being here
