“I toured Legacy Creek while looking for a home for my mom, and Isabelli was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining all the options to her. We didn’t end up leasing because they didn’t have anything available for our timeframe, but we absolutely loved the community!

Apartment Review Moved in Apt 1412 in Feb 2025. 1 bdrm with garage. At first I thought it was a nice apt. But after 6-8 months I went to change the air filter because I have lung disease. And it was spotless. Looked brand new. Something is not right. I am a landlord so I knew what to check out. After looking at the air handler I discovered there was no feed from where the vent was. The air handler was installed wrong and could not be corrected without a major overhall. So instead of filtered air I was getting air from the gap between my ceiling and the floor of the above apartment. Yea, where all the grey blown in insulation is not to mention any critters. That explained the little grey fur ball looking things around on the floor. They made an effort to get some air through the filter but it never worked. When the a/c is on and you put a piece of paper up to the filter inlet it should get sucked up and stick. NOPE I was told to buy some air purifies since I have lung disease. I told her I have 2 alread $1000 worth. Then the spring on the garage door was stretched and obviously ready to break like the garage next door did. I showed the garage company putting in their springs and he said yep, it fixing to break, just a matter of time. The springs are $20 at Home Depot, I offered to put them in if the complex would reimburse me. NO just wait till it breaks. Really? And I can't get out of my apt to go to a pet scan that takes a month or more to schedule? Because you won't spend $20 on some springs? So I finally realized I had to move out because this apartment was a health hazard. I gave my 2 month notice and paid the extra months rent for penalty for breaking my lease. I left 2 patio chairs that a neighbor said he wanted on the front porch and a wood cabinet another guy wanted and would pick up outside. I got a bill for both of those and they charged me for a spot on the carpet in the bedroom. It is their responsibility to professionally clean the carpet between tenants. Period! And the entire apartment for that matter. They took 2 months to fix a broken pipe outside my kitchen that was leaking water. Probably ran up my water bill. They don't maintain the gym and I told them the gutter is plugged up over the garage and they refused to get someone to get a ladder and clean it. Good luck. And if you move into 1412, you will see what I mean about the a/c that never needs the filter changed because you are not getting filtered air. For me, it was a health issue, But they could care less. Good riddance And they told me I could not leave anything at the dumpster. LOL their own maintenance staff threw a dishwasher in it and I got the chairs I left at the dumpster when someone else left them there. That dumpster always has trash piled all around it. It is disgusting. I have a video of the maintenance personel telling me they are the ones that threw a dishwasher in the dumpster. I could not believe it. Management says you need to leave the apartment in Move In Ready and pay a relet fee. LOL.. I was a landlord. NO property is move in ready when a tenant moves out. Reasonable wear and tear is to be expected and addressed prior to a new tenant. Their policies are made to cost you money when you move out. Not gonna happen with me.
