For that towing program please take them to court. I believe that the towing people cars unjustly with centric one90/avenue5 plus the Apollo towing: read the Texas laws. The fact that the 3-day rule is not in the signed lease or parking addendum, combined with the fact that people drive the car away during the day, there are a few legal things that stands out. Here is exactly why the tow appears to violate Texas law: 1. The Rule Was Not in Your Lease Agreement (Massive Violation)Under Texas Property Code § 92.0131, an apartment complex cannot enforce a parking rule or tow a vehicle unless the rule is explicitly included in a signed lease agreement or a signed written addendum. The Email Loophole is Illegal: Sending an email notice does not make a rule legally binding if it alters your core lease rights without a signed amendment. The Legal Fact: Because the 3-day restriction is completely missing from your actual parking addendum, the apartment complex lacked the legal authority to declare your guest "unauthorized" and tow them based on an email rule. 2. The Days Were Not "Consecutive"In a legal and standard dictionary context, "consecutive" means continuous and uninterrupted. The Interruption: Because you physically drove the car off the property and it was gone for hours during the day, it was not parked for 3 consecutive days. The Legal Fact: The clock cannot legally run while a vehicle is driving down a public highway. The system or property cannot falsely claim a car sat there uninterrupted for 3 days straight if it was missing for large chunks of the 24-hour cycle. 3. Texas Law Penalizes This SeverelyBecause they towed a vehicle without it being a violation of your signed lease, they likely violated Texas Occupations Code § 2308.253, which states an apartment can only tow a resident's or guest's vehicle if it violates a rule in a signed lease. Under Texas law, if an apartment authorizes an illegal tow, they can be held liable for $1,000 plus three times the towing fees. Your Immediate Next Steps to Get Your Money Back: Gather Your Evidence: Print out your signed Lease Parking Addendum showing the 3-day rule is missing. Print the emails showing they tried to enforce a rule outside the lease. File for a Tow Hearing Immediately: You have exactly 14 days from the date of the tow to file a "Request for a Tow Hearing" at the local Justice of the Peace (JP) court. Bring Up the R2Park Log: At the hearing, sub-surface data or your own phone logs showing the car was away from the property will prove the vehicle was not physically there "consecutively.” The lease allows guests to stay for up to 7 days, yet their vehicle can only remain on the property for 3 consecutive days. How does that make sense? If a guest is allowed to stay for a week, why should they have to worry about their car being towed after only three days? Instead, they’re expected to park on the street, creating unnecessary stress and risk, especially for family visiting from out of town or another country driving rental vehicles. We pay far too much in rent to constantly worry about whether our family’s vehicle will still be there the next morning. Residents deserve peace of mind, not confusing parking policies and aggressive towing practices. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other apartment community. Please know your rights. Read your lease carefully, understand Texas towing and tenant laws, and if you believe your vehicle was towed improperly, don’t be afraid to request a tow hearing or seek legal advice. At the end of the day, apartment communities should care about the people who call their property home, not just the money they collect. Families already have enough to worry in this world and adding the fear of unnecessary towing should turn anyone away from these apartments. Idk how this apartment has positive review but it looks like the lowest reviews are going to catch up with the highest reviews ( probably people who just newly moved in or just visitors). Also the front office lies ALOT.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago. My apartment looks better than the model apartment I was shown. The management is kind my apartment is spectacular. Plus the location can’t be beat. I couldn’t be happier. I have to add, the service manager here is the kindest and most helpful gentleman i have had the pleasure of interacting with. Lots of parking and my dog loves his walks to the dog park.

I've only lived here for a couple of months, but I've already noticed a lot of positive changes since the new manager and service manager took over. They seem to really care about the community and are always working to make things better. Any service requests I've submitted have been completed quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The property has been looking nicer, communication has been better, and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. It's nice to see a management team that's putting in the effort, and I'm looking forward to seeing what other improvements they make.

I've really enjoyed living at this apartment community, and over the past month I've already noticed a positive difference since the new management team took over. A special thank you to the new Property Manager Kristi and the new Service Manager Jesse for all of their hard work and dedication. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents and are committed to making the community a better place to live. Communication has improved, the property is looking better, and maintenance has been responsive. Even though they've only been here for about a month, the positive changes have been noticeable, and I appreciate the effort they're putting into the community. I'm excited to see what else they accomplish and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I’ve lived at Centric One90 for a few months now and I absolutely love it! Property manager Kristi is outstanding — she has made a lasting impression with her professionalism and care. Assistant Manager Melanie also went above and beyond when she helped me with a package issue that wasn’t her fault at all. She handled everything with such grace and kindness. The property is always clean, and it’s clear the team is actively working to update and refresh the community, which I really appreciate. When I had a couple of minor issues with my laundry, maintenance techs Jesus and Anthony responded quickly and resolved everything with a simple fix. They were both incredibly kind and genuinely made my day. I also love how convenient the location is to everything I need. Highly recommend Centric One90!
