  The location is very quiet, which is a great plus; the apartment layouts are excellent, mail delivery is secure, and the office staff is very friendly. However, I believe adjustments need to be made regarding trash disposal. When receiving the keys, the staff reviews the rules stating that trash must be put out in bags between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and should not be left sitting there for long. Yet, the reality is quite different: 1. Many people put their trash out in the morning. 2. They leave all sorts of items that make the property look unsightly and even obstruct the entrance. 3. Leaving trash out on Fridays and Saturdays should not be permitted, as the next pickup isn't until Sunday around 8:00 PM, which causes unpleasant odors and leak coming out the bags. I urge the property management to be stricter and take action on the matter, as this issue detracts from the community's appearance.

  I have been living here for two weeks now, and I can say that I like the apartment interiors; the atmosphere is very quiet and safe, and the people are very friendly. The only thing that bothers me so far is that trash is left at the building entrances, which makes the property look unsightly. If the proper procedure were followed—taking it out at 7:00 PM—it wouldn't sit there for so long; however, many people put it out in the morning, and—even worse—leave items there that shouldn't be, blocking the walkway. Also, it shouldn't be left there on days when the collection truck doesn't come by, as it creates a bad odor; for that, we have the dumpster in front of Building 23. Actions must be taken, such as installing cameras and fining those individuals, since this is it is a failure on both parts, tenants and landlords to enforce the stipulated clauses. It’s insane that this trash sits there from early Friday until around 9 p.m. on Sunday—Three full days. I had visitors over today and was embarrassed by it. Attached picture of building 14

  Very bad experience. I went today to pick up the keys and the apartment was dirty. The appliances were in very poor condition and it didn’t match the model apartment they showed me. I regret making this decision. I feel it’s misleading advertising. At the office, they only told me they would ask their manager if they could change the appliances. I don’t recommend signing a contract here. Make sure to see the exact apartment you’ll be getting before you sign.”

  Do not move here without reading this first. There was a hole in the subfloor near my balcony door large enough for rats to come in — hidden under the carpet, so I had no idea until after I signed. They fixed the hole once I reported it, but flatly refused to help with the electric bill spike caused by having a literal hole in my home's envelope for weeks. Every outlet in the unit had been painted over — not cosmetic, actually painted shut — and a bunch were so loose they didn't even hold a plug. Washer/dryer closet doors sat broken for two full weeks. And most alarming: maintenance tried to let themselves into my apartment without any notice — I was lucky enough to be home when it happened. Add in trash that sits at the bottom of the stairs for up to a week, and you get a property that's cutting corners on basic safety and habitability. I'd look elsewhere.
